The Downforce: Danger Circuit, an expansion for Downforce, consists of two new tracks on a double-sided board as well as six new racer powers to mix in with those in the base game. The Switchback Pass presents treacherous spaces. Cars can move through such spaces only to pass other cars but cannot finish their turn in one. The Crosstown Speedway features two crossover loops, where trailing cars can block cars in front of them and split the track pieces, where players must choose between the shorter section of a lane or the longer, wider open section.

    The Danger Circuit expansion consists of two new tracks on a double-sided board, just like the base game, as well as six new special power cards that can be used with the base game. On one side of the track board, there are certain squares that can only be used for overtaking but not for stopping. The other side features intersections that allow cars behind to block cars ahead and also offers shorter routes.

    It's classic Downforce. Nothing changes significantly. It remains fun, simple, and fast. Especially when playing with many players (4-6), it is enjoyable and becomes very unpredictable.

    In my opinion, it's worth its money and will give you several hours of gameplay. With my friends, we play one race on each track of the base version and the two expansions. That's a total of 6 races on a different track each time, ensuring an afternoon of enjoyable entertainment without getting tired like other heavy "gamers games".
