Many months later and with intense use, it remains excellent in everything except for some discoloration from opening and closing. It is hard enough. I bought 2, for larger sets I use 1 for more weight I use both and the weight increases significantly.

Το περίμενα λίγο πιο φαρδύ το λάστιχο. Η σκληρότητα του είναι μια χαρά και για τη χρήση που του κάνω (πόδια, γλουτούς) είναι ότι πρέπει.
While it appears so flexible and soft in the picture, it comes with a hard rubber that you can barely open your hands with. And while in the first picture it seems like an open rubber with two ends, in the next ones it shows the rubber connected, which makes its use even more difficult. No resemblance to the photos. It is excessively impractical for exercise with a very small surface area. It doesn't suit anything

Και ενω στην πρώτη εικόνα φαίνεται ένα λάστιχο ανοιχτό με δύο άκρες στις επόμενες δείχνει το λάστιχο ενωμένο πράγμα που κάνει την χρήση του ακόμη πιο δύσκολη. Καμία σχέση με τις φώτο. Είναι υπερβολικά δύσχρηστο για γυμναστική με πολύ μικρή επιφάνεια. Δεν βολεύει με τίποτα
I bought it for my wife because the doctor recommended it for muscle training in the calf. It helped a lot, so the pain decreased within a week! I believe it's worth the money.
