    One more warning and tip to the list: at 20g protein per 100g, this is NOT whey. In fact, this product has much MORE SUGAR than protein in it. Reasonable benchmarks in the industry are ~70g protein (and more for isolates) and ~5g sugars per 100g. A typical serving is 30-35g. Always read labels, guys. Happy gains!

    I am very impressed by the amount of amino acids (they are huge). If this is real, then it is clearly the most value for money. It dissolves easily, does not cause bloating, good taste (I drink it with water :P). There is also the "Hitec Nutrition Whey Mass Builder", equally good, a little more expensive and with less sugar.

    I will come back to the effectiveness of the protein in the future.
