I expected the elastic band to be a little wider. Its hardness is perfect for the use I make of it (legs, glutes).
Το περίμενα λίγο πιο φαρδύ το λάστιχο. Η σκληρότητα του είναι μια χαρά και για τη χρήση που του κάνω (πόδια, γλουτούς) είναι ότι πρέπει.
While it appears so flexible and soft in the picture, it comes with a hard rubber that you can barely open your hands with. And while in the first picture it seems like an open rubber with two ends, in the next ones it shows the rubber connected, which makes its use even more difficult. No resemblance to the photos. It is excessively impractical for exercise with a very small surface area. It doesn't suit anything
