Μετα την δευτερη βδομαδα αρχισα το περππατημα σε ισιο εδαφος κ απο τοτε δεν το σταματησα καθημερινα. Πηρα το alpha plus για 3 μηνες αλλα το βασικοτερο εινα οι ασκησεις κ η ακοινητοποιηση για δυο βδομαδες ωστε να δυναμωσουν τα γονατα κ μη σταματατε να περπατατε. Τωρα μετα απο δυο χρονια δεν εγινα εικοσι χρονων ξαφνικα αλλα συνεχιζω την ζωη μου κ την δουλεια μου οποτε νιωθω πιασιμο στα γονατα παιρνω για5 μερες το alpha κ τα ξεκουραζω οσο μπορω για να μην ξαναφτασω εκει που εφτασα.

Μου φάνηκε τίμιο αυτό που είπε, όταν όλοι οι υπόλοιποι 3 ορθοπαιδικοί που είχα επισκεφτεί, μου πρότειναν απ'ευθείας και μόνο το νυστέρι. Μετά από 6 μήνες που το χρησιμοποίησα οι πόνοι σχεδόν εξαφανίστηκαν, επέστρεψα σε φυσιολογικούς ρυθμούς ζωής, άσκησης, καθημερινότητας. Αν λοιπόν είναι Placebo ή όχι δεν το γνωρίζω. Αυτό που μπορώ να σας πω είναι ότι σε συνδυασμό με στοχευμένες ασκήσεις είδα σημαντική βελτιωση.
