The Aurora Calypso Digital bathroom fan heater warms rooms up to 8 m² and features a circular front panel for indirect radiant heat emission. It operates quietly, with 40% less noise than conventional fan heaters, and its LCD displays the settings. Automatic power adjustment according to the desired temperature helps save energy.
It has a handle for easy moving and an aluminium base for freestanding use. It includes overheat protection and complies with the EcoDesign 2018 directive.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
Users generally appreciate the stylish design and how quickly it heats the room. They also mention its effective heat distribution and useful timer for warming the room before use. However, some report problems with the thermostat or timer, while others consider the price high.
Very elegant and efficient with a big negative being the thermostat that only worked the first day and from then on it only works without shutting off when it reaches temperature
After the 3rd day, it made a noise during operation in Hot Mode. After a while, it stopped. I hope it's not a precursor of permanent noise during future operation. For now, it works quite well.
Maybe my device is not functioning properly. I will give it a few more days of operation time to be able to draw safe conclusions. However, it does not emit hot air, like many fan heaters I have tried, in a short period of time. That's where I have reservations about the heating time and power consumption it takes.
Edit 4-3-2023:
The temperature sensor is not working properly, it opens and closes with a large temperature deviation. Also, you have to be close to it or leave it to operate for hours in order to warm up a small space.
It heats up the bedroom very quickly and with the special setting, it turns on and off by itself when it reaches the set temperature. In terms of consumption, I don't know yet but it is a convector heater. A bit overpriced but the design definitely plays its role. Completely satisfied so far. The noise is tolerable for me even though I sleep lightly. Fast delivery and good service
I had a problem with the timer and it seemed like the heater was getting stuck.
The dealership replaced it immediately even though I had bought it from a reseller.
The second device did the same thing and the dealership offered to replace it again by calling me, until we found out that it was actually a matter of European specifications.
In any case, they were trying to solve the problem themselves even though I didn't have time to deal with it. I wish all dealerships were like this one!
Compared to other heaters I have worked with, it is relatively quiet. Easy to operate. In terms of appearance, it cannot be compared to others.
First of all, it is possibly the most elegant portable heater you can find (at least in the Greek market). A big advantage is the heat diffusion - it is done through a "ring", so it really goes into the space. For those who intend to use it daily, the programming feature it has (for automatic opening at scheduled times) is a real tool!
Very beautiful, very fast in heating. Nothing special in fan mode. The price could be lower.
This heater, apart from being one of the most beautiful on the market, if not the most beautiful, heats up my space very quickly. It is the best out of all the ones I have used until now.
I bought the Aurora Calypso Digital heater for my office. Besides its incredible design, I really like its performance. It heats up my office very quickly. I have programmed it to ensure that my desk is warm in the morning. It's worth every penny.
