The vocabulary requires - in separate sections or fields - a combinatorial, synchronic or diachronic way of viewing, which transcends the limits of a specific language and extends to others. This is, within the realm of possibility, the aim of this book, which illuminates the German language as a phenomenon with dynamism in the vocabulary that is in close contact with other languages, without overlooking its uniqueness and continuity.
