I have a fracture of the carpal bone, so I bought this specific wrist brace for relief and immobilization.
After two months of use, I can say the following:

    Positives:
    1) It has the metal splint that almost immobilizes the wrist.
    2) It has a satisfactory size, starting from the middle of the forearm, and provides better results in terms of immobilization.

    Negatives:
    1) The construction material is not as high-quality as it should be. The seams have torn in some places, and the Velcro straps have started to lose their grip.
    2) Without tightening it too much, after 4-5 hours, you start to feel pain at the application point between the thumb and index finger because that's where the fastening is, and pressure is exerted. After 7-8 hours, it becomes unbearable, so I take it off to stop the pain or completely loosen the specific fastening for relief. Unfortunately, with this loosening, the movement of the wrist is released because that's the critical point.

I would advise you to consider these things before purchasing it, although I wouldn't recommend it.
