The worst. I bought it 5 days ago, ironed my clothes once at a high temperature, and the steam comes out only when you lift the iron to change clothes. On the second day, I tried to iron a satin curtain, set it at the appropriate temperature, and it left wet brown stains all over the curtain. I took it back to the store and they told me everything was fine. Don't make the mistake of buying it.

For its price, it is worth it. It is lightweight for ironing and effective. One small negative is that you can't see the water level due to the color of the container, but when the water runs out, you realize it as it no longer produces steam. You also have the ability to adjust the steam production so that it doesn't waste water. Personally, I always use strictly demineralized water, so I can't give an opinion on the salts. Another negative is that a couple of times the steam button has gotten stuck, causing it to continue producing steam. Despite all this, as I said at the beginning, for its price, I believe it is worth it.

From the first uses, it produced brown water. Without having done anything wrong. It sticks to some fabrics that my previous iron did not do. Very bad choice. I took it for service and they told me that there is nothing wrong with it. It has ruined most of my white clothes because the brown color it produces is like rust and does not go away. Do not make the mistake of getting it under any circumstances.

  • The worst steam iron that exists! Even if they gave it to you, it's not worth keeping. I received it today and when I tried to iron, it doesn't even work properly. When I press the steam button, it takes time to release steam. I keep pressing the button and sometimes it releases more steam, other times less, and sometimes it even releases water from the steam holes. The indicator doesn't even light up when the water runs out, and overall, don't make the mistake of ordering it. At least if I had bought it from a well-known store, I could have exchanged it for another iron, but now it's just a waste.

Very bad choice. In 6 months, even though I had changed the filter, it was producing coffee water and staining the clothes. The plate underneath scratched immediately and sticks to some clothes when I lower the temperature, it produces coffee water. Now I have to change the filter for the third time and I can't find it anywhere. The spare parts stores I contacted told me that the company has discontinued the filter and I have only had it for a year and a half. It's going in the trash!

While Tefal is a top brand, especially in ironing systems, this model is a disappointment.

I had it for a month and it didn't work properly. It was spitting out brown liquid, even after I changed the filter. I read the instructions and it was a defective product.
In the end, I bought a different iron.

I'm sure that a less reliable brand at the same price will be better.

Really, it is not an ironing system. It is a very fast heating iron that instead of filling it up itself, you fill up a boiler that produces no good steam and leaks water droplets. It is also extremely heavy and makes a lot of noise. Do not buy it, it is not suitable for any household use!

I didn't keep it for even 24 hours. Luckily, the store where I bought it accepted it back. Cheap but useless. In my opinion, it's not an ironing system. It's a very fast heating iron that instead of filling it up, you fill up a boiler. Not good steam at all for what it promises. Very few and small holes on the steam iron plate. The filter simply provides the assurance of a longer lifespan. Before my current purchase, I had an older and inferior model from Tefal with fewer bars and the well-known pressure cap on the boiler... and yet it was more powerful than this. Not suitable for families and many clothes.

    Wasted money for nothing.
Not good steam at all, and in small quantity.
I took it for service, thinking it might be defective, but as the technician informed me, it's a joke.
The most important thing someone should consider is that it's not technically an iron with a boiler, as the base only contains the water tank and a small pump that pushes the water into the iron.
It's not worth the money at all.
