The addition of the 15th chapter to Law 2190/1920 on International Accounting Standards, with Article 13 of Law 3229/2004, made it necessary to reissue the relevant work. In this work, the entirety of the relevant provisions is codified as they stand today, and the book will be updated with each new amendment to the law in future editions, in order to be a reliable tool in the hands of legal professionals and anyone else involved in the field of anonymous companies. The alphabetical index provided at the end has been completely recompiled to make it more user-friendly and to serve as a useful tool in searching for the appropriate provision of the law.
