Description

Aged Tequila from 100% blue agave produced through a particularly slow process. The agave is roasted 10 times and then undergoes a slow fermentation process, while after distillation it matures for 7 months in American oak barrels. 

The result is a rich Tequila with a soft, slightly oaky aroma and notes of caramel and cocoa. It has a silky texture with a smooth, medium to long-lasting aftertaste and is mainly consumed neat. 

Tasting Characteristics

  • Color: Golden honey.
  • Aroma: Caramel, with notes of cocoa.
  • Taste: Notes of dried fruits and spicy oak with a hint of sweet agave.
  • Water: Purified water.
