Απίστευτα δύσκολο! Κάνω μετά βίας 10 επαναλήψεις κλειστές. Μπορείς βέβαια να γυμνάζεσαι χωρίς να το κλείνεις τελείως.
Maybe it's only for top athletes, like Brzenk, Larratt, and Laletin, who can melt an elephant's leg with their grip. I hope to be able to close it someday. So far, my 1repmax needs to be around 260-270 pounds, considering that I can close it cleanly at 250 and do 2 repetitions.
