Quite difficult to close it all, after all my goal is to challenge myself, I went from the 200 to this one, I would suggest you go from 200 to 25 instead.

very easy, I close the 300 TNS, slightly more difficult than the 250 RPM
Easier than the 250 Viking, definitely easier than the 190 Lifepro.
No comparison with the 300 Viking or RPM, which I can barely move

Very good, high quality but extremely hard, with one hand I could only get it up to about the middle, but only with both hands was I able to close it completely!

    For beginners: It's quite hard.
For the more experienced: I bought it today 11/03/2025. I expected it to be harder. The 250lbs gold from Viking is more difficult. It's a step harder than the 250lbs from Powerball.
As soon as I closed it for the first time, it lost 6-7mm from the handle removal.
    For reference, I provide Measurements:
    Spring thickness: 7.58mm
    Handle removal: 56.28mm
    Handle thickness: 19.40mm
It has a long spring, which makes it easier as you can apply torque from further away compared to the other grippers.
Overall, it has a nice texture on the handle; I think it's quite smooth with a bit of grease, and it doesn't squeak if that bothers you.
Final assessment: It's a noticeably soft 300lbs gripper, easy to close, no set, nice to say that you can close a 300lbs gripper.
3 stars because I expected it to be harder.
In general, I have a better opinion of Powerball.

I still haven't closed it yet but I want a little more, very difficult I would not recommend it for a beginner, start with the small ones to strengthen your fingers

WARNING!!! It is VERY powerful, one of the strongest on the market with 300lbs/136kg. Good luck finding 360lbs in captains of crush brand or Powerball Elite here on skroutz at 350lbs. Neither me nor my father could close it more than 2cm with both hands, without practice of course.

It has a Lifetime Warranty although I didn't read what it includes and I don't know if it will wear out over time with heavy use or not, I received it yesterday.

I do not recommend it for beginners or even for intermediates, it's better if you have surpassed 200lbs to go for this one. Very high quality, some may complain that it chafes the skin, but even at the gym the bars are made of the same material, just man up and get used to it.
