This book aims to guide our beekeepers in applying better methods for intensive and profitable exploitation of beekeeping in Greece.

The methods I describe are well known in other countries, particularly in the cradle of modern beekeeping, America. I have personally implemented most of these methods during my 45 years of beekeeping experience.

Consequently, these are not just theories of questionable usefulness, but proven and applicable methods. I have included in this book all the practical findings from many years of my own and foreign experience, aiming to better and more effectively assist our progressive professional beekeepers as they broaden their knowledge and see the new horizons that open up for them in the application of modern intensive exploitation methods.
