They seem to work for my kids. Since January and onwards, things have gone well for us. I will continue to give them to them.

For some reason, the kids love these compared to another similar, cheaper product that contains 90 pieces but they don't like the taste. This one is better and more expensive.

Since we started giving them to our little daughter with short breaks of one month every three months, when she takes them she gets through colds much more easily and she has improved a lot.

The taste is just fine, the texture is just fine too (some reviews mention that they are not nice but I disagree, I have tried the gummies myself). I work at a daycare and the little one goes to daycare too, so it's hard not to catch some virus. But he doesn't get it badly. In one comment, I read that they help with constipation. The little one also had difficulties, and as long as he has been taking the gummies, he hasn't had constipation. I will definitely buy them again.

I don't know if it helps with vitamins, but I know that my little second grader hasn't gotten sick yet this year, while half of her class is absent due to infections. So it definitely has positive results for us! Of course, every organism is different..

They have a terrible smell and taste. I wasted my money. My children couldn't chew them even though they held their noses to avoid smelling them.
