Description & Specifications

Round baking pan from the Nava Duboko series. It is non-stick and made of steel, which ensures even heat distribution in the pan for better cooking results. The non-stick coating allows for easy removal of food as well as easy cleaning of the pan after use.

Usage Instructions:

  • Before first use, wash the cookware with warm water, dish soap, and a soft sponge.
  • Grease the inside of the cookware with oil or butter before each use.
  • Do not overheat the cookware when empty.
  • Low or medium temperatures are sufficient to achieve the best cooking results. The maximum temperature should not exceed 230°C.
  • Do not fill the cookware more than 2/3 of its capacity to avoid overflowing.
  • Allow the cookware to cool down and then wash with warm water and dish soap.
  • Use kitchen tools made from wood, plastic, or silicone to prolong the life of the non-stick coating.
  • Never cut food inside the cookware with sharp tools.
  • Do not use acidic foods (e.g., tomato juice, citrus juice).
  • Avoid substances that can stain the cookware such as egg yolk, turmeric, mustard, etc.
  • Using parchment paper will extend the life of the cookware and the non-stick coating.
  • Prefer hand washing to ensure a longer lifespan of the cookware.
  • Do not use metallic sponges, wire, or harsh cleaners.
  • The non-stick coating complies with regulations for materials in contact with food.
