This book is primarily a "Guide" (it directs the journey) in a form that simplifies the information on the essential details - that make the trip comfortable, safe, and enjoyable - regarding safety, refueling, repairs, entertainment, and general care in the harbor/port; for tourism and water sports.

It is based on the presentation of information mainly through images and secondarily through concisely written texts, close to the place they concern. In this work, nautical charts from the Hydrographic Service of the Navy, as well as harbor indicators (diagrams) created by the author, were used.

The information mentioned above is collected by the author from fishermen (mostly), from captains of local line vessels, from captains of boats, from amateur sailors in general, from local authorities, from his travels to these places, as well as from related literature/maps on these topics.
