I dare say it's better than the professional one I bought recently. The nozzle works perfectly, making the right froth. Dog - it doesn't break, the taste and aroma of the coffee are not altered. It has safety features and turns off by itself, you don't need to be on top of it. You spend 100 euros and make great coffee at home

Very nice construction, and overall makes good coffee (compared to other machines at the same price). After 1 year of use, it makes the same coffee but requires intensive cleaning after each use. (I don't mean descaling, I mean cleaning the areas where the coffee accumulates, otherwise the nozzle from the milk frother will clog) I have also done one descaling so far based on the instructions, and this is because I exclusively use bottled water (if tap water is used, descaling should be done more regularly). In general, it requires care like an espresso machine compared to others, but the result satisfied me for the 110€ I paid.

The machine is fine for its price, the plastics are a bit light, but for 125 euros I consider it great. The only downside is that the bottom part in the group (where the coffee passes through) is plastic. Overall, it makes a good froth with all types of coffee, supermarket, coffee shop, etc. Be careful during the first use to close the switch tightly on the right, as it does a venting process to prevent water leakage.

With supermarket coffee and settings as they are, I have no idea. However, if you make the portafilter non-pressurized and experiment a bit with grinding and coffee variety, it yields exceptional results. We drink better coffee than almost all takeaways and certainly almost all cafes. HOWEVER:

I don't give it 5 stars because it broke within 2 months. It leaks water from everywhere. What on earth it is, I can't know. And not due to misuse.

Update: Impeccable immediate service. Very satisfied, they fixed it for me in 2-3 days and without much hassle.

Either way, I think it's an excellent choice even though I have no experience with other ones

The coffee maker makes very good coffee with a lot of flavor, but its build quality is very fake for a brand like Gaggia, which used to produce very sturdy machines. I have an old Krups machine and it is much better, and the Gaggia portafilter is a joke. It's a shame for the history of this brand, the way it has become. If I were to buy Gaggia again, it would be the Gaggia Classic. The machine works great, I would give it another star because the coffee it makes is perfect. I compared it to my old Krups machine and the Krups coffee was tasteless, much inferior. From now on, it's only Gaggia for espresso. When I buy the Gaggia Classic, I will update because with the coffee I tried, I will definitely buy it

Amazing machine, with a coffee grinder. Great foam with 70-30 coffee (robusta-arabica). I didn't know that I had to ventilate it and it didn't release water from the Group. I contacted the company via email. In 2 days, the technical manager called me and told me what to do even though I had already ventilated it without knowing it. Immediate response and very powerful espresso machine

Good machine with a very good frother. However, the plastics creak when it is working.
At 10 months, the nozzle started leaking water when making coffee. I have sent it to the service under warranty, I will see what they say.

Good machine, don't spend less money to get this kind. It's worth its money and more, a responsibility that I started with no relationship that what you give you get

I had an Arielli before, which was a cheaper option. I wanted to get the Gaggia Classic, but it is quite expensive and you will also need a grinder and other accessories, which adds up to 500+ euros, no kidding.

Now, as for this specific machine, the buttons and switches are good compared to cheaper ones. The quantity for a double espresso is quite good and the extraction is as good as it can be for a machine of this price range!

There are a couple of parts that don't fit perfectly, for example, the nickel sieve at the bottom that holds the cup tends to come off easily, it needs a bigger groove.

The steam wand is very good for making cappuccinos, you can make decent frothy milk and so on.

In terms of coffee extraction, it gets an 8 out of 10. You can get what we mentioned from a machine like this.

I bought it from here and it made excellent coffee while it was working. After six months, the on/off switch broke. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Luckily, it was still under warranty, so I sent it for repair. I waited for two months and the replacement part didn't arrive, so the store (electroholic) from which I bought it asked me to choose another coffee maker because this one was not available. So I got another one. It may have been good while it was working, but it is unacceptable for a switch to not have a replacement. The store from which I bought it satisfied me completely. Gaggia's service without spare parts is disappointing!

FOR ME, WHO HAS BEEN DRINKING COFFEE FOR 40+ YEARS, IT DOESN'T WORK. In the end, in order to have a good coffee at home, you have to spend 300+ euros. I am considering the Gaggia Classic New 2019.

I had a capsule coffee machine and I sold it and bought this Gaggia one. With Kimbo coffee, the coffee it produces is more flavorful than the one I drink at the coffee shop of the same brand. It is worth the extra money, it makes a little noise, takes 10 seconds to heat up. Maybe the only downside for some is that you have to manually stop the flow of coffee, it takes 25 seconds, but you don't have a problem waiting

It is an excellent household appliance for its price, fast, little noise, easy to operate, very good frother. We bought it here 2 weeks ago, it is worth its money.
