After research and comparisons, I was torn between the Corsair Strafe and this particular keyboard. Based on the reviews I read, I purchased it and I can say that I made the right choice. I have the version with the Romer-G Tactile switches as it was on sale at a well-known Greek store. After a week of use, the product is definitely worth the money. It has a sturdy construction - you can tell by its weight and the keystrokes - made of aluminum alloy and it seems like it will last for years. These specific switches have feedback for FPS games. It also has a port for device charging. The included wrist rest is very comfortable and you can place it wherever you want as it is detachable. It comes with a keycap puller and different keys for FPS games. The cable is of good quality and quite thick. Coming from a laptop, I didn't care much about the sound of the keys. The RGB lighting and macros are easy to handle with the Logitech G HUB Software.

I don't have much to say about the construction of the keyboard, as it has already been discussed in other reviews - it is clearly one of the most durable and well-made keyboards I have ever used.

The most unexpected thing that impressed me about this keyboard is the included wrist rest. Honestly, for those who intend to buy the keyboard because they do a lot of typing in their daily lives, they will be impressed by how comfortable the typing experience is thanks to this wrist rest... it may be one of the most underrated features of the keyboard.

As for the keys, I purchased the version with Linear Romer G switches. I recommend them to those who don't want the keys to make too much noise and prefer keys that don't have that intermediate click found in Tactile switches. Compared to Cherry MX Red switches, I have to say that they are quieter and possibly less satisfying to press. However, over time, I have come to prefer these keys over the Reds because the Cherry keys tend to move a lot from their construction - they are not perfectly stable and aligned with the keyboard - while the Logitech keys remain truly immobile (there is no wobble). At the same time, the Logitech keys also have a heavier actuation force compared to the Reds, which helps me as I have a heavy typing style.

I have the version with the Romer G linear switches. Various things are said on the internet about Logitech switches and that they are worse than Cherry MX switches... Personally, I see all of this as theories and marketing. In practice, the feeling is top-notch for my taste. I didn't want clicky switches and I wanted as little noise as possible (if I went with Cherry MX, I would have gotten the silent ones) in combination with good feedback but without feeling it too much (that's why not clicky). The noise compared to the Cherry MX silent ones is slightly louder but at imperceptible levels (very small difference). The build quality is solid and very premium, justifying its price in my opinion. Personal opinion, don't let the reviews on the internet scare or worry you about Logitech switches. Try some Logitech display models and consider that they will be even better than the display model. I bought it for €160 and I don't regret the money I spent. I am the owner of the Linear version of this keyboard for a while now, and I can say that it is an excellent keyboard with the well-known top-quality construction of Logitech.
The keyboard comes in three different versions (Tactile, Linear, GX Blue).
The Tactile switches are the classic mechanical switches that Logitech has used in its previous keyboards (e.g. G810).
The Linear switches are the new switches from Logitech and differ from the Tactile switches in that they have a smoother keystroke and do not provide the tactile feedback that the classic switches have. They are much better as switches for those who type long texts or want a much faster double keystroke in games like MMOs, as they require less force to be pressed and are slightly quieter. They feel very similar to the cherry mx red switches.
Finally, the Blue switches are also new switches manufactured by the Chinese company Kalih and are essentially the same switches that Razer used in its keyboards for many years until they changed them. They are called Razer Green switches. They have a very nice typing feel with a lower profile than the previous two switches but are also significantly noisier. They are not recommended for nighttime typing, etc.

As for the keyboard itself, it has a unique build quality with beautiful lighting, as the light is inside the switches themselves and not around them, resulting in no light bleed around the keys.
The software is also very good and allows for extensive customization of the lighting and more.
In the package, you will also find a high-quality wrist rest, which unfortunately does not magnetically attach to the keyboard to form a single unit, although it is very stable and does not move easily.

Overall, it is an excellent keyboard, but I would recommend to everyone who is interested to see the switches in person at a showroom before deciding, as they have significant differences between them.

After 1.5 years of use, the backlight behind the G key burned out. After contacting Logitech, they issued a credit for the original purchase price as the same model was not available at the time. Logitech, just so you know, has one of the best after-sales services in Greece.
