The product causes sweating during exercise and is decent. The quality is not the best, so hand washing is preferred as it will quickly deteriorate with machine washing.

WARNING with the sizes! I bought size 3xl, I am 1.90 meters tall and weigh 92 kilograms, and yet it feels like I'm wearing a crop top with the belly area not being covered! Personally, I should have bought it in at least 4xl. I also use a sweat belt for the uncovered belly area. I have had it for over 6 months.
