If your measurements in the waist or hips are even a little bit larger, choose the next size up immediately. In my case, it's a bit wide at the hips because I don't have curves, but it fits well in the belly and waist where there is fat. The leggings and dimensions are clearly for women, but there are also men's sweatpants available.

The leggings were considerably tighter than described. In the end, my wife, who is slimmer than the leggings, wore them and they tore on the third time. Ultimately, poor construction quality.

We ordered 3 leggings, after consulting the size chart that was available. The leggings we received are completely different, they are very tight and don't even reach the entire leg. The worst part is that they are non-returnable!
