    It definitely provides shine, but only to that extent. It does not help makeup to last, especially on oily skin. It has a neutral smell, not unpleasant, like a fragrance-free product. However, I would not recommend it for specific facial needs such as pore coverage, wrinkle reduction, and definitely not for mature skin as it is quite matte and "dries out" the skin. And of course, it is not a coincidence that the company discontinued it...
