Now, on the brink of Armageddon and guided by the mysterious Adam Warlock, Earth's superheroes unite in a desperate attempt to prevent this nihilistic god's descent into galactic self-destruction. If they fail, the stellar gods of the universe will be thrown into the battle. In such a terrible cosmic clash, who will prevail?
