Wasted money. There is no representative in Greece!

Purchased from a foreign site for 80 euros and from the first day it didn't work properly, stopping at random moments. A battery check was done at a jewelry store where it was confirmed that the battery was fine and that the mechanism had the problem.

The site where the purchase was made did not offer support for such issues because the seller was Skagen itself and referred us to their site. After contacting the Skagen/Fossil company, they told us to send the watch to their Greek representative. We visited the Greek representative (watch shop) in the center of Athens that they sent us to and there we were informed that due to frequent problems with the watches of this company, they terminated their partnership. They also told us that the entire specific series of the company is terrible and not worth repairing due to the cost, so they referred us to take it for recycling.

No repair was done, and after multiple emails to Skagen, they asked us to mail it to them at our own expense and with a wait of at least 3 weeks after they receive it for repair.

The above action was not worth doing on our part, so we proceeded to replace the mechanism with one from the same company but a better model at a local watch shop. (It should be noted that to change the mechanism, the crystal also had to be broken and replaced). The new mechanism lasted 7-8 months of daily use in an office setting.

The problem with this specific series has been known for a long time but they continue to offer it on the market.

    ***UPDATE***
I got a Lavaredo from China, similar in style with a date field as well for 10 euros and it is much better.
