    Biphasic composition (combination of thermal Water and makeup removal oils) that removes stubborn, intense, and waterproof makeup. Ideal for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. Completely free from harsh cleansing agents, it perfectly removes intense and waterproof makeup from eyelids and eyelashes without rubbing.
