You should know that because it heats up more outside and sometimes it doesn't melt inside... It's not bad though, but keep the warranty...

Positives: small, affordable, the ceramic plates are the best, they clean immediately with a damp cloth.
Negatives: small cord, doesn't toast the sandwich as well (doesn't bother me) and it's slightly difficult to understand how to properly press the sandwich.
No matter what you get, get it with ceramic plates.

The positives are that it toasts the sandwiches evenly and is easy to clean. The negatives are that the build quality is terrible as many screws came off and cannot be screwed back, resulting in it falling apart. It is very lightweight and you can't even press down on the sandwiches. It takes too long to toast and if you want to make 4 sandwiches, it takes forever.

It needed a slightly longer cable. Otherwise, I am very satisfied. It has a very convenient drawer for the liquids that is not visible. It grills meat very nicely

Definitely value for money and I would buy it again. If you continue to have issues, it might be good to slightly loosen the screws on the right and left. I had cooked a maximum of 20 sandwiches and 3 times meat. With voltage protection in the socket and proper use (in time and manner). I didn't even bother with the warranty. I opened it and measured it with a multimeter. Burned thermal fuse, 250v 10a 240c for less than 1 euro.

Very good but, the issue that others mention that it does not close properly and slips, throwing the toast outside, is very intense, I thought that those who commented would be exaggerating but they were right. You have to struggle a bit to put it against so that it doesn't throw the toast when you close it, personally I unscrewed the back screws so that the top plate can lift higher, otherwise it's impossible to work with and we're talking about a simple toast, let alone if you want to fill it.

We have it for only a few days and what I can say is that it perfectly grills the sandwiches and they turn out very crispy!

I was completely disappointed. I threw my money in the trash. It burned after a few months of moderate use. Very poor construction quality. I did not expect this from this particular company. Very cheap in the way it is made. Instead of using resistors, it uses the same plates for this purpose. I didn't bother to use the warranty. I really like its grilling and it is also fast. It also opens in two and becomes a grill. It only has one small issue, when you go to close it, the toast slides a little outwards, but you just hold it straight and it's fine, or you hold the top part horizontally until it sits properly on the toast, although this generally happens when you put a lot in the toast... but I really overlook it.
