Classic Victorinox knife that I have had since before Skroutz opened its VAT number. Reliable and well-made. It does its job perfectly and timelessly. I have never sharpened it (household use).

Warranty. At first, it requires caution. It cuts like a razor just by touching it. After a little use, it settles down and there is no danger. However, it remains sharp as it should.

I got it for my 80-year-old mother, thinking that since the blade is similar to a corer I have, it would be good. Indeed, my mother only uses this now when she wants to clean potatoes or anything else. Be careful though, it cuts a lot.

I don't need to say much. When I got them, it just grazed my finger and I urgently ran to get stitches because the bleeding wouldn't stop even after 8 hours. (Imagine this happening on a day with knee-high snow in Athens, taking a taxi and being told "if we die, it's your responsibility").

These knives are serrated. I wanted regular ones, and the photo confused me. Maybe others will catch it right away, but I'm saying this just in case someone else makes the same mistake as me.
Edit: The photo has now been fixed and the knives look exactly as they are.

Excellent knife for household use, However, one needs to be careful when cutting to avoid unintentional injuries.

I still can't believe that it costs so little and cuts like a razor. I also have the Wusthof silverpoint series and I can say that they are equally good but much more expensive. Highly recommended without a second thought.

I found this general-purpose knife 12 years ago and bought two to try them out. I still have them, they have worn out very little (I never put them in the dishwasher) and they do everything: they chop, peel, cut accurately, they are easy to use and convenient in the hand, very sturdy and don't get tired. And they are affordable. I could not use any other knife in the kitchen, seriously!
