I connected it to a 10-year-old 37-inch Philips TV and every 10 minutes I have to restart it because it shows distorted colors (shades of pink and green). I called and they told me that maybe it needs a software update, which is not true because I checked it. I will ask for a replacement in case I got a defective one.
Το έχω μια βδομάδα και είμαι απογοητευμένος. Το συνέδεσα με μια 37αρα philips 10ετιας και κάθε 10 λεπτά πρέπει να κάνω επανεκκίνηση γιατί δείχνει αλλοιωμένα χρώματα ( αποχρώσεις ροζ και πράσινο) . Πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν μήπως θέλει αναβάθμιση το λογισμικό του, πράγμα που δεν ισχύει γιατί το τσεκαρα. Θα ζητήσω αντικατάσταση μήπως έτυχα σε ελαττωματικό

I have a big problem with the YouTube application. At first, it didn't accept the upgrade to the latest version and the notification to upgrade wouldn't go away, so I couldn't open it. I managed to overcome the problem by clearing the application's memory whenever it prompted me and disabling the Play Store. Now, after just 6 months of use, the application doesn't work at all, it gives some error, and I have no idea why. Apart from this specific problem, the menu is particularly difficult to use, for example, I still haven't figured out how to copy-paste a file from a USB stick to the memory. It's not worth its money.
Εχω μεγάλο πρόβλημα με την εφαρμογή του youtube. Στην αρχη δε δεχόταν την αναβάθμιση στην τελευταία έκδοση και δεν έφευγε με τιποτα το σήμα ότι πρέπει να την αναβαθμίσω, οπότε δε μπορούσα να την ανοίξω. Κατάφερα να ξεπεράσω το πρόβλημα αδειάζοντας τη μνήμη της εφαρμογής όποτε μου το έβγαζε και απενεργοποιώντας το playstore. Τώρα πλέον, μετά απο μόλις 6 μήνες χρήσεις η εφαρμογή δε δουλεύει καθόλου, βγάζει καποιο σφάλμα, δεν έχω ιδέα γιατί. Πέρα απο το συγκεκριμένο πρόβλημα, το μενού του είναι ιδιαίτερα δύσχρηστο, για παράδειγμα δεν εχω καταλάβει ακόμη πως κανεις αντιγραφή-επικόλληση ενα αρχείο απο στικάκι στη μνήμη του. Δεν αξιζει τα λεφτά του.
I have the MX10 since January 2019. Except for the fact that the remote control practically does nothing and that when I open/close the device with it, it does not connect to WiFi, the machine is great. I simply disconnect/connect the power plug and the WiFi connection is flawless. It has never frozen on me (e.g., uninterrupted HD streaming from Eurosport player in live matches, flawless Netflix, even popcorn never freezes). The first three days it had some glitches, but I sent it back to the store, they did an upgrade on Kodi (it was already Version 18) and since then everything works smoothly. Although I don't see any "broken" issues, every time I tried it was great, but it definitely needs a keyboard with a touchpad. Several apps (e.g., Netflix, Eurosport, etc.) display a message that the device is not compatible, but this can be fixed through the settings (allow not checked apps to install or something similar, I don't remember exactly). Also, because it is Android, the Netflix app assumes that the device is a tablet or a mobile and that it has a touch screen, so scrolling in the movie/series menus is not supported, not even with arrows like in a browser, and for the same reason, you can't access the Netflix website through Chrome and it redirects you to the app. Personally, I do the searching on my PC, load the wish list, and enjoy on my dumb TV (it's not a smart TV) what I want. In January, it was priced at 88 euros and it was already value for money. Now I see that it has dropped to 60, which is not just value for money but a steal. With 4 GB RAM and 32 GB "hard drive," it's unbeatable. Now, if the weather app or any other app doesn't work, I leave it aside because I'm not interested at all. Geolocation works perfectly, as the apps that interest me have had Greek subtitles or Greek audio from the very beginning, etc. Also, I should mention that I haven't installed any heavy applications or games, but I have connected an HDD through a dock station and finally I could see on the TV files that the TV's media player couldn't play. It plays mkv, avi, mp4, flv, mov, mp3, wav, ogg, flac (at least those are the ones I have tested). I should also mention that the internet connection is very good (ADSL 19500 Mbps actual speed), so I don't know how the MX10 behaves with a poor connection.
Έχω το ΜΧ10 από τον Ιανουάριο του 2019. Αν εξαιρέσεις ότι το τηλεχειρίστήριο το οποίο πρακτικά δεν κάνει τίποτα και το γεγονός ότι όταν ανοίγω/κλέινω τη συσκευή με αυτό δεν συνδέεται στο WiFi, το μηχανημα είναι μια χαρά. Απλά αποσυνδέω/συνδέω το βύσμα τροφοδοσίας και η σύνδεση του WiFi είναι είναι απροβλημάτιστη. Δεν μου έχει κολλήσει ποτέ (π.χ., απρόσκοπτο HDstreaming από το Eurosport player σε live αγώνες, netflix απροβλημάτιστο, ακόμα και το popcorn δεν κολλάει ποτέ). Τις τρεις πρώτες μέρες έτρωγε τα κολλήματά του, αλλά το έστειλα πίσω στο κατάστημα, έκαναν μια αναβάθμιση στο kodi (ήταν ήδη Version 18) και από τότε όλα δουλεύουν ρολόι. Παρότι δεν βλέπω "σπασμένα", όσες φορές δοκίμασα ήταν μια χαρά αλλά χρειάζεται οπωσδήποτε ένα πληκτρολόγιο με touchpad. Αρκετές εφαρμογές (π.χ., netflix, eurosport, κτλ) αν πας να τις εγκαταστήσεις εμφανίζουν μήνυμα ότι δεν είναι συμβατή η συσκευή αλλά αυτό διορθώνεται από τις ρυθμίσεις (allow not checked apps to install ή κάτι αντίστοιχο, δεν θυμάμαι ακριβώς). Επίσης, επειδή είναι android, το netflix app θεωρεί ότι η συσκευή είναι tablet ή κινητό και ότι έχει οθόνη αφής με αποτέλεσμα να μην υποστηρίζεται οριζόνται κύλιση στα μενού με τις ταινίες/σειρές ούτε καν με βελάκια όπως σε έναν browser ενώ για τον ίδιο λόγο δεν μπορείς να μπεις από το chrome στο site του netflix και σε στέλνει στο app. Προσωπικά, κάνω το ψάξιμο στο PC, φορτώνω τη wish list και απολαμβάνω στη χαζή μου τηλεόραση (δεν είναι smart TV) αυτά που θέλω. Τον Ιανουάριο ήταν στα 88 ευρώ και ήταν ήδη vfm. Τώρα βλέπω ότι έχει πέσει στα 60 που δεν είναι απλά vfm αλλά κελεπούρι. Με 4 GB RAM και 32 GB "σκληρό" δεν παίζεται. Τώρα αν το app για τον καιρό ή κάποιο άλλο app δεν παίζει το αφήνω ασχολίαστο γιατί δεν με ενδιαφέρει καθόλου. Το geolocation λειτουργεί άψογα, αφού στις εφαρμογές που με ενδιαφέρουν εμφανίστηκαν από την πρώτη στιγμή ελληνικοί υπότιτλοι ή ελληνικός ήχος στο σπικάζ, κτλ. Επίσης να πω ότι δεν έχω εγκαταστήσει κάποια βαριά εφαρμογή ούτε και παιχνίδια, έχω συνδέσει όμως HDD μέσω dock station και επιτέλους είδα στην τηλεόραση αρχεία που δεν μπορούσε να παίξει ο media player της TV. Παίζει mkv, avi, mp4, flv, mov, mp3, wav, ogg, flac (τουλάχιστον αυτά έχω δοκιμάσει εγώ). Να αναφέρω επίσης ότι η σύνδεση Internet είναι πολύ καλή (ADSL 19500 Mbps πραγματική τιμή) οπότε δεν ξέρω τη συμπεριφορά του MX10 με κακή σύνδεση.
I bought it in 9/2018 with Android 8.1, it's difficult to use, and when I watch movies, even downloaded ones, it freezes on the screen. I have tried many players from the Playstore, but the problem continues. Only the built-in player doesn't have a problem, but it is very basic. Το αγόρασα 9/2018 με Android 8.1 δύσχρηστο, και όταν βλέπω ταινίες ακόμα και κατεβασμένες έχει παγώματα στην εικόνα, έχω δοκιμάσει πολλούς player απο το Playstore αλλά το πρόβλημα συνεχίζεται, μόνο με τον ενσωματωμένο δεν έχει πρόβλημα που όμως είναι πολύ απλοϊκός, και όταν είναι να παίξεις τη ταινία πρέπει να βρείς σε ποιό φάκελο είναι αποθηκευμένη χειροκίνητα

You can't change the launcher, the terrible, mom-like launcher is hardcoded in the build.prop, which doesn't run anything properly, has a weather widget, but never connects. Location? It doesn't work, even if you give permissions to everything! Kodi constantly crashes. The frame rate suddenly drops from 60Hz to 30Hz, even though the HDMI adaptation setting is off, making it feel like watching a movie on an Amstrad. OTA updates? Never, and not a chance. They installed Android Pie 9.0 on it, but nothing works for this specific box, and now you can't even downgrade to Oreo to save yourself... Don't even mention Netflix, the only app it accepts is the one for mobile phones... But here we have a remote control, and it's not designed for that, but for tapping. Nothing works properly with the Netflix UI... Widevine L3 (cheap version). Forget about HD on Netflix... And if you ever see a 4K movie on this thing, just let me know so I can enjoy it too... Terrible... Stay away.

Δεν αλλάζεις launcher με τίποτα, είναι καρφωμένος ο άθλιος μαμαδίσιος launcher στο build.prop, ο οποίος δεν τρέχει τίποτα σωστά, έχει ένα weather widget, δεν συνδέεται ποτέ. Location; Δεν παίζει με τίποτα, ακόμα και αν δώσεις permissions στα πάντα! Το Kodi σε πετάει μονίμως έξω. Το frame rate ξαφνικά εκεί που βλέπεις τρώει φλασιές και από 60Hz πάει στα 30Hz ενώ η σχετική ρύθμιση του HDMI adaptation είναι off και είναι σα να βλέπεις ταινία σε Amstrad. OTA updates, ποτέ και με τίποτα. Του φόρεσαν εκεί πέρα ένα Android Pie 9.0 στο οποίο δε δουλεύει τίποτα για το συγκεκριμένο κουτί και πλέον δεν μπορείς να κάνεις ούτε downgrade σε Oreo μπας και σωθείς... Καλά για Netflix δε συζητάμε καν, η εφαρμογή που δέχεται μόνο είναι αυτή των κινητών τηλεφώνων... Εδώ όμως έχουμε remote control και δεν έχει σχεδιαστεί για αυτό, αλλά για tapping. Δεν παίζει τίποτα σωστά με το UI του Netflix... Widevine L3 (της φτήνιας). Ξεχάστε το HD για Netflix... Και άμα ποτέ δείτε 4Κ ταινία σε αυτό το πράγμα απλά φωνάξτε με να το δω κι εγώ να χαρώ λίγο... Άθλιο... Μακριά.
Reading the negative comments, in order to decide whether to buy this tv-box or not, I have to say that it's worth its money and I want to point out some things that happened to some co-buyers. The disconnections and sound problems mainly concern a weak wifi connection. Kodi works fine for those who have version 18, for those who have version 17, simply uninstall and install it from the PlayStore. It doesn't upgrade (unfortunately), so uninstallation is mandatory. After that, and after googling how to do it, install one of the great Greek builds (like ManaLab) by cleaning everything inside Kodi (if it already had some addons) and you're ready. No further settings are needed. As for Netflix, it has an old version 4.16.xx installed and it doesn't accept upgrades, but if you download the latest - until today - version (netflix-6-26-1-build-15-31696.apk), the installation/upgrade is done normally as long as you choose the right version com.netflix.mediaclient and not com.netflix.ninja. During playback - and after I had troubled the device enough - I noticed problems with audio and subtitles synchronization, but a simple reset fixed everything. For those who have IPTV subscription, Alexander Sofronov's application enhances your TV. Someone wrote that it doesn't support low resolutions, but I use it on a 1366X768 TV just fine. However, you need a mouse to help with some faster movements or settings as it can be a bit inconvenient with the remote control. You don't see much of the Android 9.0 it runs on, as the TV-BOX has its own UI, leaving very few things to tweak in its operating system (not that it matters..). I hope I helped some people in their final decision.
Διαβάζοντας τα αρνητικά σχόλια, ώστε να καταλήξω στην αγορά ή μη αυτού του tv-box, έχω να πω ότι αξίζει τα λεφτά του και να επισημάνω κάποια πράγματα που συνέβησαν σε κάποιους συν-αγοραστές. Οι αποσυνδέσεις και τα προβλήματα στον ήχο, **κυρίως** αφορούν κάποια ασθενή σύνδεση wifi. To Kodi απλά όσοι το έχετε με την έκδοση 18 έχει καλώς, όσοι το έχετε με την 17 απλά κάντε το απεγκατάσταση και εγκατάσταση από το PlayStore. Δεν κάνει αναβάθμιση (δυστυχώς) οπότε υποχρεωτικά απεγκατάσταση. Μετά από αυτό και αφού googlάρετε για το πως γίνεται, περάστε ένα από τα ωραιότατα Ελληνικά build (όπως το ManaLab) καθαρίζοντας ότι έχει μέσα το Kodi (άν είχε ήδη κάποια addons) και είστε έτοιμοι. Δεν χρειάζεται καμία ρύθμιση μετά. Όσον αφορά το Netflix έχει εγκατεστημένη μια παλιά έκδοση 4.16.xx και δεν δέχεται αναβάθμιση, όμως αν κατεβάσετε την τελευταία - μέχρι σήμερα - έκδοση (netflix-6-26-1-build-15-31696.apk) γίνεται κανονικά η εγκατάσταση/αναβάθμιση αρκεί να διαλέξετε την σωστή έκδοση com.netflix.mediaclient και όχι την com.netflix.ninja. Κατά την αναπαραγωγή - και αφού είχα ταλαιπωρήσει αρκετά την συσκευή - παρατήρησα προβλήματα στον συγχρονισμό ήχου και υποτίτλων, με ένα απλό reset επανήλθαν όλα κανονικά. Για όσους έχουν συνδρομή σε IPTV, η εφαρμογή του Alexander Sofronov απογειώνει την TV σας. Κάποιος έγραψε ότι δεν υποστηρίζει χαμηλές αναλύσεις, αλλά εγώ το χρησιμοποιώ σε TV 1366Χ768 μια χαρά. Ένα ποντίκι όμως το χρειάζεστε, ώστε να βοηθάει σε κάποιες πιο γρήγορες κινήσεις ή ρυθμίσεις καθώς με το χειριστήριο είναι λίγο ταλαιπωρία. Το Android 9.0 που φοράει, δεν το βλέπετε και ιδιαιτέρα, καθώς το TV-BOX έχει δικό του UI, αφήνοντας ελάχιστα πράγματα για να πειράξετε στο λειτουργικό του (όχι ότι πειράζει αυτό..). Ελπίζω να βοήθησα κάποιους στην τελική επιλογή τους.
Netflix doesn't work, Kodi constantly crashes and freezes, in some videos you hear sounds from another dimension, almost no application from the playstore plays, the controller is difficult to use and if you connect a mouse you can't click on anything and it has a bunch of other issues! Το Netflix δεν τρέχει, Το Kodi σε πετάει συνέχεια έξω και κολλάει, σε κάποια βίντεο ακούς ήχους από το υπερπέραν, δεν παίζει σχεδόν καμία εφαρμογή από το playstore, το χειριστήριο είναι δύσκολο στη χρήση και αν βάλεις mouse δεν μπορείς να κλικαρεις τίποτα και έχει ένα σορό αλλά θέματα! Το επέστρεψα και πήρα το mi box. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ!!!
It is in the latest version. It constantly freezes and disconnects from the wifi on a daily basis, causing me to unplug it and it makes various sounds from the speakers while I'm watching a movie

It does not receive the new upgrade for Netflix, its remote control is terrible, and its handling is a hassle. Many RAM, a lot of memory, but they are useless when it freezes.
Δεν παίρνει την νέα αναβάθμισή για Netflix ,το τηλεχειριστήριο του είναι άθλιο και ο χειρισμός του ταλαιπωρία. Πολλά ram ,πολύ μνήμη όμως είναι άχρηστα όταν κολλάει .
I bought it on 12/21/2018. A couple of days later, when I tried to use KODI for the first time, it wasn't working. I contacted the store where I bought it and they sent me instructions for reinstalling it, which fixed the issue. However, I couldn't connect to NETFLIX anymore. The store offered to exchange it, and they did. It worked fine for a while, but three days ago, KODI started crashing. I spoke to the store yesterday and they told me that there was an upgrade to KODI that caused the problem, and they would send me instructions for a new installation today. But this morning, I couldn't (again) connect to NETFLIX. I don't know if the problem is with the TV box, KODI, or NETFLIX, but if the store hadn't been so helpful and willing to assist, I would have returned it. I regret spending my money on this.

To πήρα στις 21/12/2018. Μιά δύο μέρες μετά όταν πήγα να λειτουργήσω το KODI για πρώτη φορά, αυτό δεν λειτουργούσε. Μίλησα με το κατάστημα που το αγόρασα και μου έστειλάν οδηγίες για επανεγκατάσταση οπότε και λειτούργησε. Όμως δε μπορούσα ποιά να συνδεθώ στο NETFLIX. Από το κατάστημα που το αγόρασα προθυμοποιήθηκαν να το αλλάξουν όπως και έγινε. Για λίγο, λειτουργούσε καλά. Πριν 3 ημέρες ξαφνικά το KODI άρχισε να με "πετάει" έξω. Μίλησα χθες με το κατάστημα και μου είπαν ότι έγινε μία αναβάθμιση στο KODI που δημιουργεί το πρόβλημα και σήμερα θα μου στείλουν οδηγίες για νέα επανεγκατάσταση.
Αλλά σήμερα το πρωί άρχισε να μη μπορώ (ξανά) να συνδεθώ στο NETFLIX.
Δε γνωρίζω αν το πρόβλημα είναι το tv box ή το KODI ή το NETFLIX αλλά αν από το κατάστημα δεν ήταν τόσο εξυπερετικοί και άμεσα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν θα το είχα πετάξει.
Τα λεφτά μου τα κλαίω.

The MX10 is an amazing TV box, it works flawlessly, the connection I have is WiFi and it has never frozen, the only thing I would recommend is buying a wireless mouse because the remote control is a bit annoying, with the mouse everything is perfect!!
Το MX10 είναι καταπληκτικό tvbox , δουλεύει σφαίρα , η σύνδεση που έχω είναι wifi και δεν έχει κολλήσει ποτέ , το μόνο που θα συνιστούσα είναι η αγορά ενός ασύρματου ποντικιού γιατί το χειριστήριο του είναι λίγο σπαστικό , με το ποντικάκι όλα είναι τέλεια !!
WARNING: On a low-resolution television (lower than ultra HD, possibly even lower than full HD), the resolution spectrum is not recognized, resulting in the device not being able to be used.
Otherwise, it is a powerful machine, but if you already have an ultra HD television, it is likely already a smart TV, so it is almost unnecessary.
edit: After almost a year of use, it continues to work normally as a machine. I use it lightly, with fitness apps, some YouTube, movies, and it performs decently. But with Kodi, I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I rarely manage to watch a movie. I end up opening a browser and watching a movie in streaming with lower resolution. I connected a keyboard and mouse, it couldn't be done otherwise, but it only types in English. If someone is torn between a TV box and a smart TV, they should prefer a smart TV.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: Σε τηλεόραση με χαμηλή ανάλυση (χαμηλότερη του ultra HD πιθανόν καν full HD), δεν αναγνωρίζεται το φάσμα της ανάλυσης του, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί η συσκεύη.
Κατα τ άλλα, δυνατό μηχάνημα, αλλα αν έχεις ήδη ultra HD τηλεόραση, πιθανότατα είναι ήδη και smart TV οπότε είναι σχεδόν περιττό.
edit: Μετά από ένα χρόνο σχεδόν χρήση, εξακολουθεί να δουλεύει κανονικά σαν μηχάνημα. Ελαφριά χρήση του κάνω, εφαρμογές με γυμναστική, κάνα YouTube, ταινίες, δεν τα πάει άσχημα. Αλλά με το kodi, δεν ξέρω τι κάνω λάθος σπανίως καταφέρνω να βλέπω ταινία. Καταλήγω να ανοίγω φυλλομετρητή και να βλέπω σε απλή ανάλυση ταινία σε streaming. Συνδεσα πληκτρολόγιο και ποντίκι, δε γινόταν αλλιώς, όμως γράφει μόνο στα αγγλικά. Αν κάποιος είναι μεταξύ tv box και smart tv, να προτιμήσει smarttv.

The previous one I had, mecool m8s pro w (total disappointment), worth €30, was the worst thing on the market (don't buy it) because it only worked for 2 days and then never turned on again.

Το αγόρασα 44 € παίζει τα πάντα και δεν κολλάει πουθενά.
Το προηγούμενο που είχα mecool m8s pro w (σκέτη απογοήτευση)αξίας 30€ ήταν ότι χειρότερο υπάρχει στην αγορά( μην το αγοράζεται ) γιατί δούλεψε μόνο 2 ημέρες κ μετά δεν άνοιξε ποτέ ξανά.

I have it for about 6 months and I am very satisfied. It warms up a little bit but within normal limits, Kodi works perfectly and I didn't need to buy a smart TV to do my job. It has a Wi-Fi issue, but if you connect it with an Ethernet cable, everything is perfect. Highly recommended for the 45 euros I bought it for

The machine is very powerful, it hasn't crashed once since I bought it in June. I use it daily with Netflix, Kodi, Youtube, internet radio, and a couple of other programs! The device heats up within normal limits. The negatives of the device are: a) the remote control is not functional at all, but this can be fixed with a mouse, b) the device's wifi sometimes detects networks and sometimes doesn't, but if connected with an ethernet cable to the router, it has no issues, and c) the AV output produces sound normally but doesn't display any image, although I don't use it, I just tested it out of curiosity. The device doesn't have an ON/OFF button, but it can be activated with a click of the mouse and it turns off when the TV is turned off. It reads memory cards and USB sticks normally! Very good TV BOX!
Το μηχανημα ειναι πολυ δυνατο δεν εχει κολλησει ουτε μια φορα απο τον ιουνιο που το εχω παρει. Το δουλευω καθημερινα με Netflix, Kodi, Youtube, internet Radio και κανα δυο αλλα προγραμματα! Η συσκευη ζεστενεται σε φυσιολογικα πλαισια. Τα αρνητικα της συσκευης ειναι α)το τηλεκοντρολ το οποιο δεν ειναι καθολου λειτουργικο αλλα αυτο διορθωνεται με ενα ποντικι, β) το wifi της συσκευης το οποιο αλλοτε βλεπει δικτυο και αλλοτε οχι αλλα αν συνδεθει με καλωδιο ethernet στο ρουτερ δεν εχει κανενα προβλημα και γ) στην εξοδο AV βγαζει κανονικα τον ηχο αλλα δεν βγαζει εικονα αν και δε τη χρησιμοποιω απλα την ειχα δοκιμασει απο περιεργεια. Η συσκευη δεν εχει κουμπι κουμπι ON OFF αλλα με ενα πατημα στο ποντικι ενεργοποιειται και οταν κλεινει η τηλεοραση απενεργοποιειται και αυτη. Καρτες μνημης και στικακια τα διαβαζει κανονικα! Πολυ καλο TV BOX!

I have a big problem with the YouTube application. At first, it didn't accept the upgrade to the latest version and the notification to upgrade wouldn't go away, so I couldn't open it. I managed to overcome the problem by clearing the application's memory whenever it prompted me and disabling the Play Store. Now, after just 6 months of use, the application doesn't work at all, it gives some error, and I have no idea why. Apart from this specific problem, the menu is particularly difficult to use, for example, I still haven't figured out how to copy-paste a file from a USB stick to the memory. It's not worth its money.
Εχω μεγάλο πρόβλημα με την εφαρμογή του youtube. Στην αρχη δε δεχόταν την αναβάθμιση στην τελευταία έκδοση και δεν έφευγε με τιποτα το σήμα ότι πρέπει να την αναβαθμίσω, οπότε δε μπορούσα να την ανοίξω. Κατάφερα να ξεπεράσω το πρόβλημα αδειάζοντας τη μνήμη της εφαρμογής όποτε μου το έβγαζε και απενεργοποιώντας το playstore. Τώρα πλέον, μετά απο μόλις 6 μήνες χρήσεις η εφαρμογή δε δουλεύει καθόλου, βγάζει καποιο σφάλμα, δεν έχω ιδέα γιατί. Πέρα απο το συγκεκριμένο πρόβλημα, το μενού του είναι ιδιαίτερα δύσχρηστο, για παράδειγμα δεν εχω καταλάβει ακόμη πως κανεις αντιγραφή-επικόλληση ενα αρχείο απο στικάκι στη μνήμη του. Δεν αξιζει τα λεφτά του.
I have the MX10 since January 2019. Except for the fact that the remote control practically does nothing and that when I open/close the device with it, it does not connect to WiFi, the machine is great. I simply disconnect/connect the power plug and the WiFi connection is flawless. It has never frozen on me (e.g., uninterrupted HD streaming from Eurosport player in live matches, flawless Netflix, even popcorn never freezes). The first three days it had some glitches, but I sent it back to the store, they did an upgrade on Kodi (it was already Version 18) and since then everything works smoothly. Although I don't see any "broken" issues, every time I tried it was great, but it definitely needs a keyboard with a touchpad. Several apps (e.g., Netflix, Eurosport, etc.) display a message that the device is not compatible, but this can be fixed through the settings (allow not checked apps to install or something similar, I don't remember exactly). Also, because it is Android, the Netflix app assumes that the device is a tablet or a mobile and that it has a touch screen, so scrolling in the movie/series menus is not supported, not even with arrows like in a browser, and for the same reason, you can't access the Netflix website through Chrome and it redirects you to the app. Personally, I do the searching on my PC, load the wish list, and enjoy on my dumb TV (it's not a smart TV) what I want. In January, it was priced at 88 euros and it was already value for money. Now I see that it has dropped to 60, which is not just value for money but a steal. With 4 GB RAM and 32 GB "hard drive," it's unbeatable. Now, if the weather app or any other app doesn't work, I leave it aside because I'm not interested at all. Geolocation works perfectly, as the apps that interest me have had Greek subtitles or Greek audio from the very beginning, etc. Also, I should mention that I haven't installed any heavy applications or games, but I have connected an HDD through a dock station and finally I could see on the TV files that the TV's media player couldn't play. It plays mkv, avi, mp4, flv, mov, mp3, wav, ogg, flac (at least those are the ones I have tested). I should also mention that the internet connection is very good (ADSL 19500 Mbps actual speed), so I don't know how the MX10 behaves with a poor connection.

You can't change the launcher, the terrible, mom-like launcher is hardcoded in the build.prop, which doesn't run anything properly, has a weather widget, but never connects. Location? It doesn't work, even if you give permissions to everything! Kodi constantly crashes. The frame rate suddenly drops from 60Hz to 30Hz, even though the HDMI adaptation setting is off, making it feel like watching a movie on an Amstrad. OTA updates? Never, and not a chance. They installed Android Pie 9.0 on it, but nothing works for this specific box, and now you can't even downgrade to Oreo to save yourself... Don't even mention Netflix, the only app it accepts is the one for mobile phones... But here we have a remote control, and it's not designed for that, but for tapping. Nothing works properly with the Netflix UI... Widevine L3 (cheap version). Forget about HD on Netflix... And if you ever see a 4K movie on this thing, just let me know so I can enjoy it too... Terrible... Stay away.

Δεν αλλάζεις launcher με τίποτα, είναι καρφωμένος ο άθλιος μαμαδίσιος launcher στο build.prop, ο οποίος δεν τρέχει τίποτα σωστά, έχει ένα weather widget, δεν συνδέεται ποτέ. Location; Δεν παίζει με τίποτα, ακόμα και αν δώσεις permissions στα πάντα! Το Kodi σε πετάει μονίμως έξω. Το frame rate ξαφνικά εκεί που βλέπεις τρώει φλασιές και από 60Hz πάει στα 30Hz ενώ η σχετική ρύθμιση του HDMI adaptation είναι off και είναι σα να βλέπεις ταινία σε Amstrad. OTA updates, ποτέ και με τίποτα. Του φόρεσαν εκεί πέρα ένα Android Pie 9.0 στο οποίο δε δουλεύει τίποτα για το συγκεκριμένο κουτί και πλέον δεν μπορείς να κάνεις ούτε downgrade σε Oreo μπας και σωθείς... Καλά για Netflix δε συζητάμε καν, η εφαρμογή που δέχεται μόνο είναι αυτή των κινητών τηλεφώνων... Εδώ όμως έχουμε remote control και δεν έχει σχεδιαστεί για αυτό, αλλά για tapping. Δεν παίζει τίποτα σωστά με το UI του Netflix... Widevine L3 (της φτήνιας). Ξεχάστε το HD για Netflix... Και άμα ποτέ δείτε 4Κ ταινία σε αυτό το πράγμα απλά φωνάξτε με να το δω κι εγώ να χαρώ λίγο... Άθλιο... Μακριά.
Reading the negative comments, in order to decide whether to buy this tv-box or not, I have to say that it's worth its money and I want to point out some things that happened to some co-buyers. The disconnections and sound problems mainly concern a weak wifi connection. Kodi works fine for those who have version 18, for those who have version 17, simply uninstall and install it from the PlayStore. It doesn't upgrade (unfortunately), so uninstallation is mandatory. After that, and after googling how to do it, install one of the great Greek builds (like ManaLab) by cleaning everything inside Kodi (if it already had some addons) and you're ready. No further settings are needed. As for Netflix, it has an old version 4.16.xx installed and it doesn't accept upgrades, but if you download the latest - until today - version (netflix-6-26-1-build-15-31696.apk), the installation/upgrade is done normally as long as you choose the right version com.netflix.mediaclient and not com.netflix.ninja. During playback - and after I had troubled the device enough - I noticed problems with audio and subtitles synchronization, but a simple reset fixed everything. For those who have IPTV subscription, Alexander Sofronov's application enhances your TV. Someone wrote that it doesn't support low resolutions, but I use it on a 1366X768 TV just fine. However, you need a mouse to help with some faster movements or settings as it can be a bit inconvenient with the remote control. You don't see much of the Android 9.0 it runs on, as the TV-BOX has its own UI, leaving very few things to tweak in its operating system (not that it matters..). I hope I helped some people in their final decision.
Διαβάζοντας τα αρνητικά σχόλια, ώστε να καταλήξω στην αγορά ή μη αυτού του tv-box, έχω να πω ότι αξίζει τα λεφτά του και να επισημάνω κάποια πράγματα που συνέβησαν σε κάποιους συν-αγοραστές. Οι αποσυνδέσεις και τα προβλήματα στον ήχο, **κυρίως** αφορούν κάποια ασθενή σύνδεση wifi. To Kodi απλά όσοι το έχετε με την έκδοση 18 έχει καλώς, όσοι το έχετε με την 17 απλά κάντε το απεγκατάσταση και εγκατάσταση από το PlayStore. Δεν κάνει αναβάθμιση (δυστυχώς) οπότε υποχρεωτικά απεγκατάσταση. Μετά από αυτό και αφού googlάρετε για το πως γίνεται, περάστε ένα από τα ωραιότατα Ελληνικά build (όπως το ManaLab) καθαρίζοντας ότι έχει μέσα το Kodi (άν είχε ήδη κάποια addons) και είστε έτοιμοι. Δεν χρειάζεται καμία ρύθμιση μετά. Όσον αφορά το Netflix έχει εγκατεστημένη μια παλιά έκδοση 4.16.xx και δεν δέχεται αναβάθμιση, όμως αν κατεβάσετε την τελευταία - μέχρι σήμερα - έκδοση (netflix-6-26-1-build-15-31696.apk) γίνεται κανονικά η εγκατάσταση/αναβάθμιση αρκεί να διαλέξετε την σωστή έκδοση com.netflix.mediaclient και όχι την com.netflix.ninja. Κατά την αναπαραγωγή - και αφού είχα ταλαιπωρήσει αρκετά την συσκευή - παρατήρησα προβλήματα στον συγχρονισμό ήχου και υποτίτλων, με ένα απλό reset επανήλθαν όλα κανονικά. Για όσους έχουν συνδρομή σε IPTV, η εφαρμογή του Alexander Sofronov απογειώνει την TV σας. Κάποιος έγραψε ότι δεν υποστηρίζει χαμηλές αναλύσεις, αλλά εγώ το χρησιμοποιώ σε TV 1366Χ768 μια χαρά. Ένα ποντίκι όμως το χρειάζεστε, ώστε να βοηθάει σε κάποιες πιο γρήγορες κινήσεις ή ρυθμίσεις καθώς με το χειριστήριο είναι λίγο ταλαιπωρία. Το Android 9.0 που φοράει, δεν το βλέπετε και ιδιαιτέρα, καθώς το TV-BOX έχει δικό του UI, αφήνοντας ελάχιστα πράγματα για να πειράξετε στο λειτουργικό του (όχι ότι πειράζει αυτό..). Ελπίζω να βοήθησα κάποιους στην τελική επιλογή τους.
Netflix doesn't work, Kodi constantly crashes and freezes, in some videos you hear sounds from another dimension, almost no application from the playstore plays, the controller is difficult to use and if you connect a mouse you can't click on anything and it has a bunch of other issues! Το Netflix δεν τρέχει, Το Kodi σε πετάει συνέχεια έξω και κολλάει, σε κάποια βίντεο ακούς ήχους από το υπερπέραν, δεν παίζει σχεδόν καμία εφαρμογή από το playstore, το χειριστήριο είναι δύσκολο στη χρήση και αν βάλεις mouse δεν μπορείς να κλικαρεις τίποτα και έχει ένα σορό αλλά θέματα! I bought it on 12/21/2018. A couple of days later, when I tried to use KODI for the first time, it wasn't working. I contacted the store where I bought it and they sent me instructions for reinstalling it, which fixed the issue. However, I couldn't connect to NETFLIX anymore. The store offered to exchange it, and they did. It worked fine for a while, but three days ago, KODI started crashing. I spoke to the store yesterday and they told me that there was an upgrade to KODI that caused the problem, and they would send me instructions for a new installation today. But this morning, I couldn't (again) connect to NETFLIX. I don't know if the problem is with the TV box, KODI, or NETFLIX, but if the store hadn't been so helpful and willing to assist, I would have returned it. I regret spending my money on this.

To πήρα στις 21/12/2018. Μιά δύο μέρες μετά όταν πήγα να λειτουργήσω το KODI για πρώτη φορά, αυτό δεν λειτουργούσε. Μίλησα με το κατάστημα που το αγόρασα και μου έστειλάν οδηγίες για επανεγκατάσταση οπότε και λειτούργησε. Όμως δε μπορούσα ποιά να συνδεθώ στο NETFLIX. Από το κατάστημα που το αγόρασα προθυμοποιήθηκαν να το αλλάξουν όπως και έγινε. Για λίγο, λειτουργούσε καλά. Πριν 3 ημέρες ξαφνικά το KODI άρχισε να με "πετάει" έξω. Μίλησα χθες με το κατάστημα και μου είπαν ότι έγινε μία αναβάθμιση στο KODI που δημιουργεί το πρόβλημα και σήμερα θα μου στείλουν οδηγίες για νέα επανεγκατάσταση.
Αλλά σήμερα το πρωί άρχισε να μη μπορώ (ξανά) να συνδεθώ στο NETFLIX.
Δε γνωρίζω αν το πρόβλημα είναι το tv box ή το KODI ή το NETFLIX αλλά αν από το κατάστημα δεν ήταν τόσο εξυπερετικοί και άμεσα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν θα το είχα πετάξει.
Τα λεφτά μου τα κλαίω.

The MX10 is an amazing TV box, it works flawlessly, the connection I have is WiFi and it has never frozen, the only thing I would recommend is buying a wireless mouse because the remote control is a bit annoying, with the mouse everything is perfect!!

Otherwise, it is a powerful machine, but if you already have an ultra HD television, it is likely already a smart TV, so it is almost unnecessary.
edit: After almost a year of use, it continues to work normally as a machine. I use it lightly, with fitness apps, some YouTube, movies, and it performs decently. But with Kodi, I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I rarely manage to watch a movie. I end up opening a browser and watching a movie in streaming with lower resolution. I connected a keyboard and mouse, it couldn't be done otherwise, but it only types in English. If someone is torn between a TV box and a smart TV, they should prefer a smart TV.

Κατα τ άλλα, δυνατό μηχάνημα, αλλα αν έχεις ήδη ultra HD τηλεόραση, πιθανότατα είναι ήδη και smart TV οπότε είναι σχεδόν περιττό.
edit: Μετά από ένα χρόνο σχεδόν χρήση, εξακολουθεί να δουλεύει κανονικά σαν μηχάνημα. Ελαφριά χρήση του κάνω, εφαρμογές με γυμναστική, κάνα YouTube, ταινίες, δεν τα πάει άσχημα. Αλλά με το kodi, δεν ξέρω τι κάνω λάθος σπανίως καταφέρνω να βλέπω ταινία. Καταλήγω να ανοίγω φυλλομετρητή και να βλέπω σε απλή ανάλυση ταινία σε streaming. Συνδεσα πληκτρολόγιο και ποντίκι, δε γινόταν αλλιώς, όμως γράφει μόνο στα αγγλικά. Αν κάποιος είναι μεταξύ tv box και smart tv, να προτιμήσει smarttv.

The machine is very powerful, it hasn't crashed once since I bought it in June. I use it daily with Netflix, Kodi, Youtube, internet radio, and a couple of other programs! The device heats up within normal limits. The negatives of the device are: a) the remote control is not functional at all, but this can be fixed with a mouse, b) the device's wifi sometimes detects networks and sometimes doesn't, but if connected with an ethernet cable to the router, it has no issues, and c) the AV output produces sound normally but doesn't display any image, although I don't use it, I just tested it out of curiosity. The device doesn't have an ON/OFF button, but it can be activated with a click of the mouse and it turns off when the TV is turned off. It reads memory cards and USB sticks normally! Very good TV BOX!
Το μηχανημα ειναι πολυ δυνατο δεν εχει κολλησει ουτε μια φορα απο τον ιουνιο που το εχω παρει. Το δουλευω καθημερινα με Netflix, Kodi, Youtube, internet Radio και κανα δυο αλλα προγραμματα! Η συσκευη ζεστενεται σε φυσιολογικα πλαισια. Τα αρνητικα της συσκευης ειναι α)το τηλεκοντρολ το οποιο δεν ειναι καθολου λειτουργικο αλλα αυτο διορθωνεται με ενα ποντικι, β) το wifi της συσκευης το οποιο αλλοτε βλεπει δικτυο και αλλοτε οχι αλλα αν συνδεθει με καλωδιο ethernet στο ρουτερ δεν εχει κανενα προβλημα και γ) στην εξοδο AV βγαζει κανονικα τον ηχο αλλα δεν βγαζει εικονα αν και δε τη χρησιμοποιω απλα την ειχα δοκιμασει απο περιεργεια. Η συσκευη δεν εχει κουμπι κουμπι ON OFF αλλα με ενα πατημα στο ποντικι ενεργοποιειται και οταν κλεινει η τηλεοραση απενεργοποιειται και αυτη. Καρτες μνημης και στικακια τα διαβαζει κανονικα! Πολυ καλο TV BOX!

I connected it to a 10-year-old 37-inch Philips TV and every 10 minutes I have to restart it because it shows distorted colors (shades of pink and green). Το έχω μια βδομάδα και είμαι απογοητευμένος. Το συνέδεσα με μια 37αρα philips 10ετιας και κάθε 10 λεπτά πρέπει να κάνω επανεκκίνηση γιατί δείχνει αλλοιωμένα χρώματα ( αποχρώσεις ροζ και πράσινο) . I have a big problem with the YouTube application. At first, it didn't accept the upgrade to the latest version and the notification to upgrade wouldn't go away, so I couldn't open it. I managed to overcome the problem by clearing the application's memory whenever it prompted me and disabling the Play Store. Now, after just 6 months of use, the application doesn't work at all, it gives some error, and I have no idea why. Apart from this specific problem, the menu is particularly difficult to use, for example, I still haven't figured out how to copy-paste a file from a USB stick to the memory. It's not worth its money.
Εχω μεγάλο πρόβλημα με την εφαρμογή του youtube. Στην αρχη δε δεχόταν την αναβάθμιση στην τελευταία έκδοση και δεν έφευγε με τιποτα το σήμα ότι πρέπει να την αναβαθμίσω, οπότε δε μπορούσα να την ανοίξω. Κατάφερα να ξεπεράσω το πρόβλημα αδειάζοντας τη μνήμη της εφαρμογής όποτε μου το έβγαζε και απενεργοποιώντας το playstore. Τώρα πλέον, μετά απο μόλις 6 μήνες χρήσεις η εφαρμογή δε δουλεύει καθόλου, βγάζει καποιο σφάλμα, δεν έχω ιδέα γιατί. Πέρα απο το συγκεκριμένο πρόβλημα, το μενού του είναι ιδιαίτερα δύσχρηστο, για παράδειγμα δεν εχω καταλάβει ακόμη πως κανεις αντιγραφή-επικόλληση ενα αρχείο απο στικάκι στη μνήμη του. Δεν αξιζει τα λεφτά του.
I have the MX10 since January 2019. Except for the fact that the remote control practically does nothing and that when I open/close the device with it, it does not connect to WiFi, the machine is great. I simply disconnect/connect the power plug and the WiFi connection is flawless. It has never frozen on me (e.g., uninterrupted HD streaming from Eurosport player in live matches, flawless Netflix, even popcorn never freezes). The first three days it had some glitches, but I sent it back to the store, they did an upgrade on Kodi (it was already Version 18) and since then everything works smoothly. Although I don't see any "broken" issues, every time I tried it was great, but it definitely needs a keyboard with a touchpad. Several apps (e.g., Netflix, Eurosport, etc.) display a message that the device is not compatible, but this can be fixed through the settings (allow not checked apps to install or something similar, I don't remember exactly). Also, because it is Android, the Netflix app assumes that the device is a tablet or a mobile and that it has a touch screen, so scrolling in the movie/series menus is not supported, not even with arrows like in a browser, and for the same reason, you can't access the Netflix website through Chrome and it redirects you to the app. Personally, I do the searching on my PC, load the wish list, and enjoy on my dumb TV (it's not a smart TV) what I want. In January, it was priced at 88 euros and it was already value for money. Now I see that it has dropped to 60, which is not just value for money but a steal. With 4 GB RAM and 32 GB "hard drive," it's unbeatable. Now, if the weather app or any other app doesn't work, I leave it aside because I'm not interested at all. Geolocation works perfectly, as the apps that interest me have had Greek subtitles or Greek audio from the very beginning, etc. Also, I should mention that I haven't installed any heavy applications or games, but I have connected an HDD through a dock station and finally I could see on the TV files that the TV's media player couldn't play. It plays mkv, avi, mp4, flv, mov, mp3, wav, ogg, flac (at least those are the ones I have tested). I should also mention that the internet connection is very good (ADSL 19500 Mbps actual speed), so I don't know how the MX10 behaves with a poor connection.

Αν εξαιρέσεις ότι το τηλεχειρίστήριο το οποίο πρακτικά δεν κάνει τίποτα και το γεγονός ότι όταν ανοίγω/κλέινω τη συσκευή με αυτό δεν συνδέεται στο WiFi, το μηχανημα είναι μια χαρά. Απλά αποσυνδέω/συνδέω το βύσμα τροφοδοσίας και η σύνδεση του WiFi είναι είναι απροβλημάτιστη. Δεν μου έχει κολλήσει ποτέ (π.χ., απρόσκοπτο HDstreaming από το Eurosport player σε live αγώνες, netflix απροβλημάτιστο, ακόμα και το popcorn δεν κολλάει ποτέ). Τις τρεις πρώτες μέρες έτρωγε τα κολλήματά του, αλλά το έστειλα πίσω στο κατάστημα, έκαναν μια αναβάθμιση στο kodi (ήταν ήδη Version 18) και από τότε όλα δουλεύουν ρολόι. Παρότι δεν βλέπω "σπασμένα", όσες φορές δοκίμασα ήταν μια χαρά αλλά χρειάζεται οπωσδήποτε ένα πληκτρολόγιο με touchpad. Αρκετές εφαρμογές (π.χ., netflix, eurosport, κτλ) αν πας να τις εγκαταστήσεις εμφανίζουν μήνυμα ότι δεν είναι συμβατή η συσκευή αλλά αυτό διορθώνεται από τις ρυθμίσεις (allow not checked apps to install ή κάτι αντίστοιχο, δεν θυμάμαι ακριβώς). Επίσης, επειδή είναι android, το netflix app θεωρεί ότι η συσκευή είναι tablet ή κινητό και ότι έχει οθόνη αφής με αποτέλεσμα να μην υποστηρίζεται οριζόνται κύλιση στα μενού με τις ταινίες/σειρές ούτε καν με βελάκια όπως σε έναν browser ενώ για τον ίδιο λόγο δεν μπορείς να μπεις από το chrome στο site του netflix και σε στέλνει στο app. Προσωπικά, κάνω το ψάξιμο στο PC, φορτώνω τη wish list και απολαμβάνω στη χαζή μου τηλεόραση (δεν είναι smart TV) αυτά που θέλω. Τον Ιανουάριο ήταν στα 88 ευρώ και ήταν ήδη vfm. Τώρα βλέπω ότι έχει πέσει στα 60 που δεν είναι απλά vfm αλλά κελεπούρι. Με 4 GB RAM και 32 GB "σκληρό" δεν παίζεται. Τώρα αν το app για τον καιρό ή κάποιο άλλο app δεν παίζει το αφήνω ασχολίαστο γιατί δεν με ενδιαφέρει καθόλου. Το geolocation λειτουργεί άψογα, αφού στις εφαρμογές που με ενδιαφέρουν εμφανίστηκαν από την πρώτη στιγμή ελληνικοί υπότιτλοι ή ελληνικός ήχος στο σπικάζ, κτλ. Επίσης να πω ότι δεν έχω εγκαταστήσει κάποια βαριά εφαρμογή ούτε και παιχνίδια, έχω συνδέσει όμως HDD μέσω dock station και επιτέλους είδα στην τηλεόραση αρχεία που δεν μπορούσε να παίξει ο media player της TV. Παίζει mkv, avi, mp4, flv, mov, mp3, wav, ogg, flac (τουλάχιστον αυτά έχω δοκιμάσει εγώ). Να αναφέρω επίσης ότι η σύνδεση Internet είναι πολύ καλή (ADSL 19500 Mbps πραγματική τιμή) οπότε δεν ξέρω τη συμπεριφορά του MX10 με κακή σύνδεση.

Το αγόρασα 9/2018 με Android 8.1 δύσχρηστο, και όταν βλέπω ταινίες ακόμα και κατεβασμένες έχει παγώματα στην εικόνα, έχω δοκιμάσει πολλούς player απο το Playstore αλλά το πρόβλημα συνεχίζεται, μόνο με τον ενσωματωμένο δεν έχει πρόβλημα που όμως είναι πολύ απλοϊκός, και όταν είναι να παίξεις τη ταινία πρέπει να βρείς σε ποιό φάκελο είναι αποθηκευμένη χειροκίνητα
