The box moves and so does the spoon.... Also, regarding the comments about finding 3-6-10 spoons inside, I have been using this milk for how many months now and even before No. 1, I never found a second spoon inside... The milk is fine. It dissolves easily, has a pleasant smell. Every child is different, not all milks are suitable for all babies. You need to search with the pediatrician to find the right milk for your baby.
