Pregnancy is a unique and important period in a woman's life. During this time, her body undergoes many changes, both physical and emotional. It is important to understand these changes and prepare appropriately to ensure the health and well-being of both the mother and the baby. Proper nutrition, regular exercise, and mental health are critical aspects that should be taken into account. Also, support from a partner, family, and friends can be invaluable during this period. It is normal to have concerns and questions about pregnancy, and women should feel free to seek information and help from healthcare professionals. Pregnancy is a journey that requires attention and care, but it is also an opportunity for growth and change.

  • Don't buy it. It talks more about after birth. It only covers the very basics of pregnancy, it doesn't answer any questions, I bought it and since then I haven't stopped searching for my questions online.

More of a medical book and not so much psychology! I liked it a lot, only that it is heavy and tires you out while holding it!

  • I highly recommend it to future moms, it is indeed a bible. The images are very helpful as well. The only negative I can find is its weight.

It didn't help me at all. For future moms, I would suggest another book written by a Greek who knows the reality of our country. It jumps from one topic to another without continuity. For example, the 2nd part ends with the experience of childbirth and the 3rd part starts with prenatal care. !!!!!! It was not worth the money at all!!!!!!
