The activity tracker by Amazfit is compatible with Android or iOS operating systems, and can connect via Bluetooth to your mobile phone. The 1.23" screen is IPS type, a technology that offers lower battery consumption than LCDs and wider viewing angles (the image does not distort much when viewed from the side).
Additionally, it features a heart rate and breathing monitor during sleep so you can get information about your sleep quality (e.g., restless sleep, reduced deep sleep duration), and a calorie counter that calculates how many calories you have burned in a day. Finally, it is waterproof and you can wear it when swimming in shallow water in the sea or pool.

    For swimming, not even in the bathtub or when washing your hands does it change modes or interrupt your workout. If you want to change the strap, it will remove your faith and thirdly, you cannot have it simultaneously in workout mode and change songs. I should have gotten a Huawei

If you had a product like the Mi Band 2,3 or any other product from the same company, it synchronizes with the same app: "Mi Fit" so any previous data from the app will not be lost when pairing the band. It has worked for me and I highly recommend it.
