If you are breastfeeding, DO NOT get it! It folds constantly. I tried all sizes. I even tried putting milk up to the nipple with a high flow, the one for food, and it still folds. I don't know how it will behave with a baby that doesn't breastfeed, but in any other case, I consider it a waste of money.
