It did absolutely nothing even though the head wasn't worn out and I thought I'd try it but still nothing...

First time I needed to use it on a small screw on a door handle, it did NOTHING!
I struggled, I watched the instructions on the Internet again and again, but the tool simply does not do what they advertise!
Not even on a small screw (both in length and thickness) screwed in 1.5cm on plywood, using the smallest available tip!
I don't know if other screw extractors do what they promise, but this one doesn't!

For difficult cases and small screws, at least for me, it DID NOT work! Of course, it may be due to something I did wrong. I tried to do exactly what the instructions were saying + I watched a relevant video on YouTube.

I have used it 3 times so far. It managed to do the job all 3 times, but after "a fair amount of use"

It does its job, of course, I never followed the steps it said because it didn't work that way for me. I managed to make it work in my own way, but I'm not so satisfied as it breaks easily

I used it 4-5 times, without any result. I am immune to the product, it's a waste.

In an aluminum screwdriver of small diameter, the product worked fine, but with my own variation in the sequence of steps:
1. At first, I put head A, as the manual says, and I screwed the screw with the drill.
2. Then, I switched to head B, but I didn't use the drill. Instead, I hit it with a hammer to make the head fit well on the screw.
3. Finally, with a wrench, I managed to remove it slowly.

Four stars from me because it didn't work with the instructions. It would have been useless if I hadn't watched the video

For amateur use of low mechanical strength, it is flexible, of course it is not suitable for professional use, the metal is very soft and either breaks or wears out.
Use only for wood screws, aluminum screws, small diameter bolts, and of course not rusted ones.

Having seen some videos about their use first, I can say that they indeed do their job.

For this money, it does its job very well. Every time I have needed it, it has proven to be very good!

Seeing the other negative reviews, I thought that it might be due to a lack of enough experience in using it. And unfortunately, I bought it. It is completely unsuitable for even the simplest task. The metal is not hard, literally fake. I tried to open a Novopan screw with the first part and the tip broke. I slightly sharpened it to make it sharper, but it broke again on the first try without cutting. Of course, the rotations are in the right direction. I do not recommend it for any use. It's a shame because as an idea it could work, but not with this material. The store offered to take it back, but the process and the time it takes to deal with it are not worth it. Of course, it is not responsible for the poor quality of the product. It could take into account the evaluations and not sell such tools.

It does a good job, it's just good to watch some videos that are available on the internet first before using it.

Don't even think about getting this... Every time I tried to make it work, it made things worse, to the point where you say to yourself, "How much of a victim did I become?"

From personal experience, do not buy it... wasted money... I tried to remove two screws from my machine and it made them worse than before... now I have to cut them with a saw... just skip this product... you better go for something more professional... I regret it

Personally, I couldn't do anything with it!
I tried on 3 different screws.
With few turns, with many turns...
Nothing!
I do not recommend it!
