It is extremely, extremely caustic to the point where it can cause panic and scare you a lot. It does not do what it promises unless we are talking about someone who already has a model-like body and wants to get rid of a cellulite, not centimeters but millimeters that won't even be visible to the naked eye. It burns so much that personally I started sweating and trembling. My hands were burning so much that I couldn't do anything for an hour. I couldn't stand it and I had to wash it off my whole body after 15 minutes and it still burned until the next morning, I couldn't sleep that night. Also, I had intense irritation in my abdominal area as I applied it there too. Don't waste your money on it, it might work, I have no opinion on that BUT IT'S UNBEARABLE.

Well.. I received the product today after reading the comments here.. it's the first day of use of course, but to be honest, it didn't cause me any burning or excessive sensation.. just a cool feeling. Should I be worried???!! Only time will tell

It is quite warming though, so it definitely cannot be used during the summer months because the skin really "catches fire"! Maybe some girls may not tolerate it if they have sensitive skin.
