[...] Modern and practical, our dictionary aims at the description and interpretative analysis of the vocabulary used by today's Greeks, educated or not, with the purpose of helping them learn, understand their language in depth so that they can speak and write it correctly. This goal is achieved through the meticulous compilation of the lexicon, the clear and precise interpretation of the entries, which is documented by the presentation of examples, phrases, the parallel reference of synonyms, antonyms, and etymological analysis of the words.
