Chemistry is a science with a broad scope. Every book that has been written for the teaching of chemistry is difficult to study, because it does not engage the student's interest as it should. In other words, it becomes more tiresome and does not show the real value and role of chemistry. This is due to the fact that in a 200-page book, the author tries to categorize only the main chemical reactions, mentioning the most well-known chemical compounds. It leaves the author without giving the student application examples to spark their interest.

Organic chemistry examines photosynthesis in plants, metabolism in plants and animals, fermentation for the production of wine, beer, dairy products, baked goods, and biological washing. It deals with hormone therapy, chemotherapy, pesticides, dyes, food, fuels, lubricants, and additive materials, etc.

In this book, after the development of each chapter, to the extent that space allows, the industrial applications of the chemical compounds mentioned in this chapter follow. Along with the applications, exercises are provided for solving and questions for the student to check if they have understood the content of the book or to create queries, which, by asking for their resolution, improve their knowledge.
