This review is about a variation of the product

Very good and sharp, Victorinox quality. I would like it a bit heavier and more balanced, with a somewhat better handle in terms of feel. For its price, it remains top-notch.

Excellent cutting, just like in the larger Victorinox knife that I have. It cuts perfectly even after days of use. It sharpens very easily, even with a simple rod, without a stone, and it cuts almost like new again. I think it is one of the best solutions for anyone who wants to upgrade from the classic IKEA chef knife. I recommend it.
The only negative is that it is a bit soft. The tip has bent a little and it won't fix. It didn't fall, it's just how it is.

It does its job very well. Of course, I haven't tried it for a long period.

Description & Specifications

The name SANTOKU was created from a combination of the Japanese words for fish, meat, and vegetables. It is the ultimate knife in Asian cuisine, and in recent years it has become very popular in Europe and America. The SANTOKU knife, with its ergonomic handle and Japanese-style blade, allows you to finely chop, slice, dice, or cut in any way you desire, quickly, easily, and with precision, fish, meat, and vegetables. It features a 17cm hammered blade with a grooved edge where air pockets are created to prevent slices from sticking to the blade. The one-piece or forged knives are made from high-quality steel, and the blade stays sharp for a longer period than regular knives. Additionally, the blade exhibits increased flexibility for easier cutting. This series stands out in design.
