The Uni-T UT213B clamp meter measures AC current up to 400 A and features True RMS for AC measurements. It also measures temperature, AC/DC voltage, resistance, capacitance, and frequency. The jaw opening is 30 mm.

The NCV function detects the presence of voltage without contact. The digital display is backlit, and the device features a flashlight, data hold, relative mode, maximum and minimum readings, diode and continuity testing, autoranging, and automatic power-off. It is powered by three 1.5 V R03 batteries.
