It operates at five test frequencies: 100 Hz, 120 Hz, 1 kHz, 10 kHz and 100 kHz, with series and parallel measurements. It automatically identifies LCR components and selects the measurement range.

The backlit LCD with analog bar graph makes results easy to read. Data hold, relative measurement, comparison and deviation measurement functions support component evaluation and quality control. The USB port allows connection to a computer and storage of up to 60,000 measurement results. It features automatic power-off and a low battery indicator.
