Review this product
  • At some point, a gear that provided movement got worn out because it was metal on metal. I filled it with welding, it worked for a while and then broke at the motor where the brushes sit

The machine was cutting well a fence made of 10-meter long angelic trees that I have. However, when it encountered slightly thicker branches, it would easily get stuck. The blades would easily bend if they hit something like wire. After 5 uses, the blades got stuck. After sending it to Black Decker's service, they replied that the bearing was damaged. They asked for 115 euros for the repair of a machine that was purchased for 65 euros. Unacceptable... Never again Black Decker...

Just bought it, used it once for my garden completely amateurishly, I have never used something similar before and I can't make a comparison.
It is powerful, not too heavy or too light, the weight doesn't tire.
It seems to be of good quality, sturdy construction, the size of the blade is satisfactory.
You can easily turn it left, right, and from above.
It has a very nice power cord receptacle and secures the cable.
I trimmed hedges, bushes, etc. without any problem, it didn't get stuck anywhere.
I believe it is a good purchase, time will tell.
