Unfortunately, despite the accurate measurements and the seemingly good construction, the needles stop working and do not show the temperature. In less than a year, I have changed more than 2 pairs.
Δυστυχώς παρά τις ακριβείς μετρήσεις & την φαινομενικά καλή κατασκευή του, οι βελόνες σταματούν να λειτουργούν και δεν δείχνουν τη θερμοκρασία. Μέσα σ’ένα χρόνο έχω αλλάξει πάνω 2 ζευγάρια.
In the first 10-12 uses, it was very good. Afterwards, I noticed that one burner was showing random temperature. I didn't expect this from broil king, especially with a price of 65€. Also, personally, I would have liked it to be a bit more user-friendly in terms of timer settings, etc.
Στα πρώτα 10-12 ψησιματα ήταν πολύ καλό. Μετα παρατήρησα ότι η μία ακίδα έδειχνε ότι να 'ναι θερμοκρασία. Δεν το περίμενα από broil king και μάλιστα με τιμή 65€. Επίσης προσωπικά θα το ήθελα λίγο πιο εύχρηστο όσον αφορά ρυθμίσεις χρονόμετρο κλπ.
My only objection to the whole chicken is that, while I cook it at the pre-set temperature of 82C, the chicken is undercooked. In smaller pieces, the indication is absolutely correct
