This book is aimed at candidates for the ASEP competition for the recruitment of teachers. It contains presentations by university professors and specialized scientists (Kostas Angelakos, Anastasios Stephou, Sotirios H. Kondis, Theodosis Pylarinos, and Tasoula Karageorgiou) who participated in a scientific seminar organized by the Ionian University.

More specifically, it critically analyzes the process and topics related to pedagogical knowledge and teaching training. At the same time, it presents the theoretical principles and exemplary teaching examples of literary subjects in Secondary Education.
