Very soft, it doesn't bother at all during movement. I only wear it during exercise and the area on my belly sweats a lot, I feel it tight all the time. I don't know if there's a reason to wear it all day if you're not doing something to make you sweat, maybe, it says it helps with posture. So, it's recommended!

It offers nothing except for some sweating. No loss of inches despite daily exercise and a careful diet. The material wears out relatively quickly.

It does nothing. It just makes you sweat from the heat outside. If you don't sweat from intense activity with exercise, nothing happens

I bought it because of the many good reviews and the brand. However, it fell apart and I threw it away after 10 days.
The belt does indeed cause sweating, but the material is terrible, it wears out quickly and that's not all the bad news.
When you wash it, and I mean by hand with lukewarm water and soap, it releases thousands of particles into the water, to the point that the color changes. They come from the neoprene it is made of and are the well-known microplastics. All this plastic ends up in the sea...
It’s better to consider another belt, ideally not made of neoprene

Very good belt.. I bought the large size 120cm in the summer. I wore it every day at work. Along with a diet, I lost quite a few pounds. When the belt feels too big after months, instead of replacing it with a smaller one, I simply cut it 10 inches. I recommend it ;)

One of the best belts that someone could buy at minimal cost. As long as you wash it after exercise from sweat, it will last for years.

Very good and useful product! It is thick and very durable! And much better than a sweatshirt that made me uncomfortable during exercise! I use it when I run on the treadmill but also in the sea over my swimsuit when the water is frozen.
