I am changing my original review. I am finally giving it 3 stars, because after months of use, for better or worse, I think it has very little effect on my arm and back. It has a certain smell and in large quantities it creates a slight sensation like Vicks, but it probably requires a huge amount for that, so you end up smearing it on without much result. So I think 3 stars is fair. Certainly, compared to the arnica from the same company, it is inferior. I would prefer the arnica if I were you.

It is not as cooling as the Lander Polar Ice, which gives you frostbite. I bought it for specific reasons. It has plant and herb extracts and I mainly want it for my feet, which get swollen from wearing shoes for many hours, and for my hands, which hurt from spending many hours on the computer. I tried it and it did me good from the first moment. The smell is a bit strong but not something too important, although I use it at night.
