The LED RIO 180 aquarium combines the classic rectangular shape with the most modern equipment. With its compact surface of 101 x 41 cm and classic rectangular design, the LED RIO 180 fits perfectly in any space.

Its safety base frame ensures particularly secure placement and allows you to easily set up your aquarium without needing special supports.

The durable construction from Germany, high-quality materials, and perfectly coordinated technology guarantee the best possible quality and safety, which means a long lifespan for your LED RIO 180.

LED MultiLux / Lighting

Brilliant brightness and excellent plant growth are what you get with JUWEL's state-of-the-art Multilux LED lighting technology. The replaceable LED DAY and NATURE tubes 895 mm create an optimal light spectrum, while simultaneously saving up to 50% energy compared to T5 tubes.
The MultiLux LED lighting system for the RIO 180 LED means you can work on your aquarium comfortably, even when the lighting is on. The ultrasonically sealed lighting unit is 100% waterproof and meets strict European safety standards.

Bioflow M/ Filter System

For optimal filtration, the LED RIO 180 is equipped with a high-performance Bioflow M. This internal filter combines performance with safety and is the central element of every JUWEL aquarium. It operates on the principle that "The water must stay in the aquarium!" and is the safest way to filter an aquarium. The Bioflow M is equipped with five high-performance filters and a quiet yet powerful Eccoflow 600 circulation pump.

AquaHeat Pro 200 W / Automatic Heater

The adjustable JUWEL 200 Watt heater, which is perfectly integrated into the water circulation in the Bioflow M filter system, ensures the correct temperature in the RIO 180 LED.
Because it uses top-quality silver contacts and shock-resistant borosilicate glass, the adjustable JUWEL heaters meet the highest standards in both operation and safety and, as expected, are TÜV/GS certified.
