For the money, I would say it is a good product.
In my case, I bought it for the kids' room, I wanted it to be placed high due to limited space and to be comfortable for viewing both on the top bunk and the lower one. It should be noted that the bunk bed is quite high, so this specific stand was a good option for me to make use of the space underneath. The materials are quite good considering the price. The packaging includes everything, the only thing I didn't trust was the screws, which I didn't use (due to my personal aversion to any purchase that includes screws and bolts). After finishing the installation, as a true "craftsman," I did my acrobatics and hung on it for five minutes without any issues (I exerted at least 17 kilograms more weight than its specifications). The tilt is satisfactory and the rotation, depending on where it is placed, is decent.
The height adjustment is something that personally bothered me because I think it could have had 2-3 safety pins instead of screws, so that the adjustment could be done more easily without the use of tools (nothing major, but in my case, it would have been particularly useful). In the photos I provide, the cables are loose because in my case, there is no power outlet or antenna where I placed the stand. However, it has a nice trick for hiding cables (they pass through the tube), but the power outlets should be very close, even on the ceiling if possible (I will use a channel to hide them).
The TV in the photo is 43 inches.

Whatever I say about this base will be few. Really, I would give double for this one.
I got 2 for placement in the bedroom at the height of the bed legs (approximately 40 degrees slope requirement) and one for the living room.

Don't think about it, it's really worth it!! For screens 30" - 70".
