I bought it on 1/8/2018. After 1.5 years, the pixels of the image started freezing and gradually the problem worsened. One month ago, after it no longer had any image, I called the official service of the dealership, ETYT (service one). They didn't accept it, claiming that the signal of the central antenna was to blame. After checking it myself, I took it for repair on 2/11/2020. And today, 7/11/2020, they informed me that the problem is with the main circuit board, which is not available. When I asked when they will bring it and when it will be repaired, they answered that they won't bring it!!! and if I want, I can leave it for recycling.

After one year of operation and purchasing on Black Friday from the store Germanos for 279€ and getting a 20% refund with Piraeus card, I feel like I stole from them. One problem is that it doesn't have channel sorting and you have to make them favorites in order to manage them. Another significant issue is that I often have to reconnect to the internet and router... Definitely, for those who play games, the low hz and not so strong brightness might disappoint them a bit, but for the money I got it, it is honestly the best value for money

I have bought the 43-inch one, and I would like to mention just one issue, that when I watch videos on YouTube or play some games like Minecraft, the screen just turns black and you have to close and reopen the TV for everything to go back to normal. I would like to mention that this used to happen when I was using the PS4 console. I don't know how things work with TV apps. And in order to prevent this from happening, you need to go to options, picture, picture mode settings, black level, and set it to normal because for some reason the TV turns black when, let's say, there is a dark image in a video

Purchased at 399 net due to price and features such as 4K and 1500pci, I can say 4 months later that I regret not spending a few more bucks to buy another one. Sound, construction, and menu are good and user-friendly. HDR is not noticeable, there is no significant effect. The side view is not good. Also, it displays colors well, but black is not what you would expect. It does not have the clear and crystal-clear image you would expect with such features. The applications it offers are not "commercial". Except for NETFLIX and YOUTUBE, the others that you can install are not worth it. It does have ACCUWEATHER, but it has not yet managed to locate my location, nor does it find it when I type it, so I am still learning about the weather in Beijing, which is pre-installed. Also, since I paid for a SMART TV, it constantly disconnects from the internet (wired and wireless), or the installed applications disappear the next day and return to their original application form. Finally, the remote control had a problem with the commands, meaning that while you lower the volume, it increases it, the "arrows" go in a different direction, and the "OK" button repeats the command 2-3 times with one press.
Update: The TV was sent to the service and needs a replacement of the main board and an upgrade.

I got this specific TV for the bedroom and it is my first experience with a 4k television, and I am very happy with my choice. I had some doubts (even though I had researched it quite a bit) until I received it, hung it up, and connected it to my PS4 Pro. Very beautiful picture in games that support 4k and HDR, but also in general. Very nice picture, even in videos that are at least 1080p. The menu is also very nice with plenty of picture settings. The smart feature works great, with the only downside being that it doesn't have enough interesting apps to download, at least for now. However, it does have the basics like Netflix and YouTube, and there are even corresponding buttons on the remote to access them with just one press. I don't have an antenna connection yet, so I don't know how the picture is on HD and non-HD channels. And finally, for this price (370) and even up to around 450, I believe it is one of the best choices on the market right now.
