The capsule ingredients are antioxidants (lutein, quercetin, C), boost the immune system (Zinc, Acetyl Cysteine, Glutathione), and improve blood circulation (Eyebright, Bilberry, Ginkgo Biloba). With a proper diet, I truly don't need "loaded" vitamin capsules to meet my daily needs
