Description

  • Machine base: Made of cast iron, with a long arm and prismatic slides. For anti-vibration work even under high loads. Rear flange for mounting the PF 230 milling head. Covered main spindle.
  • Head section: Made of die-cast aluminum. Precision-mounted ball spindle (operates without chuck at 1/100mm) with a 10.5mm opening. Side chuck 70mm with 14mm cavity. With MK 2 holes.
  • Rotary switch to achieve automatic feed through a main feed spindle (Optionally 0.05 or 0.1mm/rev.).
  • Tailstock: Made of die-cast aluminum. Disk cover O 20mm, extendable up to 30mm. With millimeter scale, MK 1 hole, and center point.
  • Support: Base made of die-cast zinc. Cross slide and top slide made of steel (adjustable to 60 or 45mm). Column for mounting cutting devices, size 8 x 8mm.
  • Guide: Quiet DC special motor with 3-stage belt drive for 300 – 900 and 3,000rpm. With additional speed control (fully electronic) in continuous adjustment at 100 – 300 or 1,000rpm, based on belt ratio. Clockwise and counterclockwise rotation.
  • Main switch with emergency stop function and restart protection.
  • Lathe chuck: High-quality 3-jaw chuck according to DIN 8386 Class 1 (concentricity tolerance 0.04mm).
  • Capacity through opposite jaws from 2 – 75mm. Includes lathe chuck guide with secure closing operation.
  • Handwheels: Made of aluminum, with adjustable scale ring (1 division = 0.05mm, 1 rotation = 1mm).
  • Threading device: With interchangeable gears for left-hand and right-hand threads of the most important metric calibrations (0.5 – 0.625 – 0.7 – 0.75 – 0.8 – 1 – 1.25 – 1.5mm).
