This series of ZD soldering irons is incredible, with exceptional build quality. The metal part is grounded, and it takes a relatively short time for the solder to melt (for the 100W version) while the handle barely heats up. I have purchased both the 100W and 200W versions and found them to be excellent in every aspect. The company seems to be based in the Czech Republic, but other manufacturers may also offer them under their own brand. In the past, Chinese products like these were not reliable. Finally, the unbelievable thing is their price, which is very attractive for such quality. I am certain, and I have an example, that a similar soldering iron from China would cost you almost the same amount, but it wouldn't be safe to use and would quickly fail you!
